I’m not even happy about one star. No star would be adequate for this fraud company. My items aren’t as Advertised they’re defective & they keep giving me the runaround to return them for a refund of over $50. I’d like some other place to report them. I’m also going to try finding the cc I used & file a dispute with them

This is the worst case I have ever ordered. It's all scratched and looks nothing like the pictures. Don't order anything I guarantee you won't like what you get. Plus you loose your money.

I ordered an iPhone13Pro aviator metal case after looking at the pics online and ordering the item. What arrived was a cheap flimsy plastic iPhone13 (not Pro) case.

They offered me $5 refund and no replacement. After MANY emails back and forth they agreed to refund only if I paid for shipping with tracking back to them. After their last email offer, they blocked my email (emails to them bounced back) so I cannot email them anymore!

$23.80 + $6.99 shipping (total = $30.79 not including crap credit card exchange rate to GBP £) down the drain and to add insult to injury, shocking customer service for an incorrect item (which they fail to accept!) item that doesn't fit my iPhone13 Pro.

I'm not really that bothered and have learned to check review sites before impulse buying in future. I hope my experience helps you avoid at all costs being enticed to buy from these scammers. I would have chosen 'zero star' or selected a 'negative/minus star' rating on Truspilot if it were available.

I left one star due to not being able to leave zero. This company was actually called Muchtl or something like that when I ordered my first case, it came in broken and the wrong model. They sent me a new case. This time the buttons and broken, the screen will not work, and it doesn't stay "magnetic" or even line up correctly. I'm sure I won't be seeing my 40 dollars, especially since they are now "goodidealshop" too bad I can't leave the pics I sent to this "company".

Do NOT buy anything from this company or mutchl.com. their products are completely inferior to others in everyway and NOT what as advertised on their sites. I am looking to take these scammers to court.

That shop is scammers! They failed to send my order to the right address, sent it to Orange, NJ despite to Brooklyn, NY and now asking to pay more for redelivery.

Is there any services that can help to force them compensate it?

I ordered a flip phone cover. I ordered it Feb 2022. After several deceptive emails. I was sent the case. It was supposed to be Real Leather, which it wasn't. A very flimsy case. I had to spend another 10 for Katiei to resend. A very flimsy product. I was suckered big time.
When I contacted Katiei, I was told not to worry, that the case is leather which is a lie.

I paid $36 for a magnetic iPhone 13 Pro Max case but received a very basic non-magnetic iPhone 13 non-magnetic case instead. I returned the item to the Sender. They claimed after the fact that I should return it to some address in China. Now I'm out $36. Totally fraudulent sellers. Stay away!

Their product is junk. Case front first day not dropped or anything just by being in pocket all scratched up. Way to expensive for the product. I highly recommend not to purchase product.

They mask under the brand name VIEBEC.
I ordered a mobile phone cover. The advertisement showed an high end product and cost was accordingly high.
The product delivered was a cheap plastic item.

This company is very bad. I had much the same experience as the previous reviewer "SCAM SCAM SCAM....DO NOT USE THEM...."
Firstly, this website does not exists. Although their email address does "service@..."They have multiple websites. For example:
Nenilo...
berdol...
urbinelli...
palmerl...
zller...
and so on...
I made my purchase through PayPal. I explained my experience. Fortunately, I received a refund.

I learned a very valuable lesson. If they don't have a contact number or address, if you can't click on the paypal, visa, mastercard etc icons and it doesn't take you to their offical websites then its likely to be supspect. Do your due diligence. I know I will in future.

This online shop is a scam. Beware! Their expensive protective phone case fell apart after almost 5 days of use and they refuse to refund me for their defective product. They also will not send a replacement case.

Sent me two lenses covers, third is missing.

I don't usually write extensive long reviews but I believe this one will be & is absolutely necessary. I feel the best way is to Bullet Point my experience....

* 22/12/2020 - Made order with assurance of 3 DAY DESPATCH
* 05/01/2022 - Sent email requesting confirmed ETA. Their reply was to inform me that their products are all manufactured, to a very high standard, on order & 'your goods will be despatched soon' Only then did I decide to read the reviews on the company & their 'fictitious courier 4pxexpress. Terrible reading but oh so familiar to my own experience at the time.
*10/01/2022 - Contacted them again by email. Their reply was 'Be patient'.
15/01/2022 - Fortunately I paid them through PayPal, so raised a case in the PayPal Resolution Centre.
07/02/2022 - Finally got my refund credited to my bank account.

It should be noted that PayPal give the Seller far too much leniency measured against the buyer. I was informed by PayPal that my case would be reviewed & decided upon within 5 days, as can be noted it took another month before I got my money back, so from order 2 months. What the Seller did was, intermittently informed PayPal (in response to their enquiries no doubt), that the goods were shipped & even supplied a bogus 'Tracking Number', the goods had landed in the country (UK), the goods were in custom clearance etc etc. Upon receipt of each fictitious 'update' PayPal would move their Review Date. That itself took me four lengthy phone calls before it became obvious to PayPal that this company is illegitimate to put it 'nicely'. The only fortunate thing in all this, is that I paid them using a Payment Processing Agent (PayPal), otherwise I have no doubt that they would've played the waiting game in the hope that I would get bored & just give up my $40.00. Incidentally I continued to send them notifications that my goods had not arrived & refund requests, at this time they became deaf or mute because I received no response from them.

To demonstrate integrity in my opinion & experience, I have checked the box allowing Trustpilot to copy this review to Goodidealshop.

To conclude....DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS OUTFIT....IN MY OPINION SCAM SCAM SCAM

Terrible customer service!!!!!!!! This is there response to me requesting for an exchange: “Hello. Check the details of your order. We found that the product you ordered is iphone13. This may be a mistake caused by your careless purchase.
If you are willing to pay $15, we will reissue the iphone13pro lens film you need. You will not need to return the previous product”

e' una società scorretta, i tempi di consegna non sono veritieri. Sconsiglio vivamente questo sito a tutti. Poco serio e poco affidabile.
It is an incorrect company, the delivery times are not true. I strongly advise against this site at all. Not very serious and unreliable
