Does anyone know how I can stop being…

Does anyone know how I can stop being bombarded with emails from Good Housekeeping and related subscriptions. During the past year I have unsubscribed 19 times and sent four emails asking to be removed. I do not know how to stop them, they are the only company that seem to think they are above GDPR! Grateful for any advise. Thank you
