Each time I want to place an order since the beginnig of year, I was subject to such a confusion that I had to cancel. When I did successfuly manage to order, I experience some other problems. So I had to give up.

You have helpful, friendly people and the magnesium products are really good. On this occasion this last order was let down by the post office - the 24hr parcel you sent off on Monday, arrived this morning Wednesday. Our Postie said the parcel didn’t reach their office in kidderminster from the kWest Midlands hub, till this morning (Wednesday).
