Unfriendly return policy and no flexibility
I ordered the first set as part of a subscription and it was fine, but when I wanted to return the second delivery, the company refused. They claimed the right of withdrawal only applies to the first order. To me, that’s very unfair and feels like a trap.
Customer service replies politely but without any flexibility or real solutions. The only outcome was the cancellation of my subscription – nothing more.
I do not recommend this company – poor customer care and an unfriendly return policy.

I ordered a one time purchase of the tanning tablet the day after they arrived they took a payment of £45.80 for a subscription I did not sign to,I have tried to cancel the next months supply but have got no where,the next months have arrived & I have asked for a returns label but having sent a few emails have got no response,I certainly would not recommend using this company

Avoid! Scam!
Exactly same thing happened to me as Rachel mentioned in her review! Never received the original item and then got charged for a sneaky subscription which I was not aware of! Absolute scam of a company. Impossible to log in to my account and no information provided regarding the tracking of the order. I will try to get my money back but I don't hold my breath! If you have any decency you will contact me via email and sort this out.

This company have done exactly the same as other poor reviews detail. They set you up a subscription, did not agree to, and then charge £60 with no delivery or product.
PayPal have disputed this but the company have refused to refund my money. I also have not received any product.

Not even an acknowledgement of payment or tracking information 2 weeks later still no goods.
Cannot find them online to complain. I did not subscribe to this company I bought a one off supplement. I have contacted both my bank and PayPal.

This company helped them selves to 60 pounds front my account without any prior notice. Then they told me to return the item which I did at a cost of 14 pounds then they said they don't do refunds. Customer service is terrible. Takes around 1 week to reply. I have never gotten my money back. Strange they can reply to a review but not to my email. The tan capsuals don't even work

I ordered the tanning pills (which by the way DO NOT WORK, NO EFFECT WHATSOEVER but that is not the only reason for this review) They arrived after 2 weeks. I then was charged a further £59.98 for a subscription I had no knowledge of signing up to. I requested a refund and was told tovwait as the order had already been dispatched and could not be cancelled. I was then advised to return the unopened product to them amd I would then recieve a refund. I paid £10.65 in postage costs only to receive the product back to myself after 5 weeks as it had been unclaimed at the address the company claims to be their returns address. I have sent many emails both during and after this experience, the latest email i sent was today still asking for my full refund....this company is appallingly bad regarding its lack of customer care, its returns policy and advice, and it is shameful in its lack of ethic to try to resolve customer satisfaction and recompense. Do not be fooled by them. Blatant theives!!

I bought one bottle which was on special offer for 16€. It took about 2 weeks to arrive. I somehow noticed that I had gotten into a subscription and tried to cancel. There was no response. Then came a notification from PayPal that I had sent a payment of 79,98Euros to Good for me which I hadn’t authorized. I immediately wrote to the company, but again no response. Then I contacted Paypal with great difficulty and I could at least cancel further payments. I then suddenly got a response which they probably send to everyone that I had accepted subscription. I will not get my money back which they stole from my account. Do not buy from them. It is disgusting what they do!!!!

Exactly as previous review - Rebecca Godwin experience. I ordered one bottle to try it on the special offer. Weeks later this had not arrived and I have returned from holiday which is why I had ordered it in preparation for, in the first place. Then to find a second payment for £45 taken from my PayPay with the retailer citing T&Cs!! What a cheek. I've not received either shipment as they are in customs according to tracking. I guess I won't be able to return them too. Again, another reminder for me to not fall for these Ads on social media. Grrrrr.
I wrote to PayPal via dispute that I did not receive first package and then another dispatched. Tracking shows same. Put some work in and sort out your issues as your Trust score is decreasing by the day.

I've been scammed - Do not buy from them
I've been scammed. When I saw the product being advertised with Rachel Lugo, from the real housewives of Cheshire, I thought why not for £11.49. I paid with Paypal. 2 weeks later I received a bottle and straight after I was allerted by an email from Paypal that a payment of £45.80 was going out for the 2nd shipment. I thought I had stopped the payment, even after speaking to Paypal who confirmed the payment would not go out to Good for me, it did. It is under investigation now. Every reply I get back from this company is that I ordered a subscription without obligation.
This is absolute rubbish!!

Ordered one bottle of BetaKaroten Gold for £14.95 on 22nd April. I was sent no tracking number information. I then had a notification on May 4th from PayPal that "GOOD FOR ME AS" had charged nearly £60 to my account. I didn't sign up for any subscription. After a stressful 48 hours of trying to get PayPal to return the money to me, thankfully they have cancelled the subscription, and the money has been returned. This is clearly a scam, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this. Funnily though, now that PayPal has intervened, they have now sent a tracking link, probably just to try and create evidence for PayPal that this is a legitimate business. But I have no hopes of anything actually turning up. Avoid.

You advertised this product as a one off payment with non translucent so called subscription, obviously hidden the dark side of the moon. Are you willing to refund my £59.80 that you were happy to steal from my account less than 3 weeks from initial purchase. Avoid automatic subscription
Ignore the 5 star reviews and do not purchase
I bought one pack for £8 a month later I was automatically charged £45 and sent two packs. PayPal investigation showed that they had an automated subscription box which was pre confirmed somewhere in the site and if you do not know about it or see it you get an automated subscription. Two bottles arrived I was charged £45 which they are refusing to refund. Under UK law they would have to send a confirmation email and inform you payment will be taken but they are not UK based. The delivery invoice stated £19.04 but I was charged the £45. After several hours and working with PayPal i was able to cancel any further deliveries. The product gave me dark spots on my skin and irritation around my eyes so I stopped using the first bottle purchased after three days. I contacted the company their response
confirm that I have ended your subscription for further shipments.
Since this is a subscription without obligation, there is only a right of withdrawal on the first shipment.

Well I signed nothing, they automatically set up a subscription and I have now contacted the fraud team and customs. If they wish to tell customs that the content is £19 whilst charging me £45 then they can explain to our government why they are defrauding the UK and its citizens
