THIS MY SECOUND REVIEW
Wearing the inserts into the third week. It is a welcome experience not being in pain like I was. They are helping me and can walk better all the time but it is not easy with a bad arthritic knee making the knee work with slip on strech brace when I walk quarter of a mile no slipping
With the relaxer arch no problem can go alĺ day after using the first two arches its not easy I know everyone is different dont give up.
