Read some of the other reviews and they must have listened and fixed the issues with the sals people as they were excellent and very efficient and professional. They didn’t even chase me for a review five minutes after our first conversation. I’d highly recommend them.

The site gets one star purely because every single time you navigate to a new page you get the same bloody marketing popup that has to be dismissed before you can view any page content.

I didn't even get far enough to look at any of their products before I closed the window and went elsewhere.

Ordered 2 t-shirts, only 1 came ( which was the wrong brand). Customer service is awful.

I have attempted to order 84 plates. The website is misleading by stating that plates are priced individually and sold in packs of six so I ordered 14. 14x6 = 84. I received 14 plates at a cost of £330 which is too much for a plain white 9" plate I questioned whether this was a mistake and it is not I have asked return these plates but I have found it is done at a further cost of £27.50 to myself. I have already paid £9 for delivery. So it has cost me around £36 for the privilege of looking at some rather vanilla plates.

Excellent service dispatching items as quickly as possible as well as dealing with a faulty product very well!

Shocking customer service and sales.
This is the second time I've placed an order that I needed to rush. And they have once again messed up. Not good enough.
Plates are great when they finally arrive but they arrive in bits, spoke to sales and customer service 3 times today and each time was told I'd called back. This didn't happen. Absolute joke. Will not be ordering from them again and highly recommend anyone not to purchase things though them and go with their competitors

The good news is the products are great. Customer service terrible. Ordered in August 2021, delivery in dribs and drabs - final part late January 2022. I understand supplier delays however what irritated me was unanswered emails to customer service ( 5 in total and always polite, just asking what was happening) and one expensive phone call ( high cost call on my network 0845 number) with a very unhelpful unprofessional person. Despite a great product I wouldn’t use again due to some of the worst customer service/communication I have ever experienced. Extremely poor.

Oh my word. What an absolutely refreshing experience. Beautiful products and exceptional customer service. In the current climate it is lovely to have an order go well from start to finish. Questions were answered in full and promptly. Communication was thorough, going so far as to check our availability for delivery while in lockdown. My order arrived within two days. And I am thrilled with the items. Thank you so much - you have made me very happy in an otherwise pretty depressing time!!
