Made sure my baby’s birthday is special
Absolutely delighted with the item and the service I received.
After reading reviews I was concerned my order wouldn’t arrive in time for my baby’s birthday. I emailed the team and they responded within a couple hours (on a Sunday). They reassured me that my item would be shipped the next day and it did ! It was delivered 2 days later.
Very clear instructions (after scanning the QR code). If you have power tools the assembly literally takes a few minutes. If not, it comes with a little tool you can use but would definitely take longer.
Thank you for the lovely customer service and for the great quality product.

SUPER GOOD CLIMEBING PLAY SET
We purchased the Goodevas climbing play set 5 in 1 for our daughter, and she enjoys it every day.
The product was delivered on time, assembly was fairly quick and easy, and the quality of the materials is excellent.
We're very satisfied and highly recommend it.
All children can use it, and it'll be a blast, especially for the more adventurous ones.

Goodeva have been great
Goodeva have been great. I bit more pricey than others on the market but worth it. Quality wood, sturdy set, adjustable. Delivery a bit slow but it was the summer. Brilliant set, I have an 8month old and 3.5 yr old and it's great for both. The older on can explore on her own and change up the configuration whereas the 8month old watches her and loves to pull himself up and climb 😄 good quality and relatively easy assembling ideally needing 2 people as it's quite long. very pleased thanks goodeva !

Good Art Addition to the Triangle Ladder. My son has the montessorri ladder set and this was a great accessory for that. It would have got 5 stars but the tolerances of a few hole positions seemed a little out on it so wasn't as easy assemblying with an allen key as it should have been. Apart from that, an excellent end product when I eventually got there.

Extremely awful company which I suspect…
Extremely awful company which I suspect may be a scam with paid reviews. Did not ship item after 5 days of waiting around. After chasing said would not be able to ship until end of the week allegedly. Who knows if they were ever going to ship at all. Avoid.
I would also like to add that their customer service agent was really rather rude about the whole thing as I expressed my disappointment about their lack of communication and regard for their customers after essentially taking the money and not shipping the items nor updating on why an item wouldn't be shipped after 5 days post ordering. If a company does not ship within a couple of days of ordering i would at least expect them to communicate the reason and provide an updated window for delivery rather than wait for a customer to call up and ask. I stated I would be leaving and negative review and the agent hung up.

Item arrived quickly. There wasn't a surplus of packaging which I love!
I'd read reviews that it was hard to assemble but I didn't find that at all. I easily built it with "help" from my 5 year old and 3 year old.
It was for the babies 1st birthday which was today and all day, all 3 kids have been having great fun on it!
Delighted with the product and the delivery.

Deceptive marketing and poor customer service
Deceptive marketing.
Website advertises "Free delivery in the UK within 2 to 5 days". I placed my order a week ago, order hasn't been shipped yet. I emailed them and didn't get a reply. When I called, they said my order will be shipped next week and they didn't offer any reason or compensation for the mismanaged order.
Overall poor experience so far with bad communication from the seller.

Second time buying! Great Products!
Ordered the Gym Addition and 3in1 Swing & Climbing Set now, when my daughter did Two years, to combine with the previous 5in1 Montessori Climbing Set, ordered last year when she did one.
It was great for her to develop her motricity. Everyday she´d say she was going to do her "circuity", and now she just wants to climb and swing in the ropes etc. She says now, she has a gym. She loves it(and her older cousins also)!
I like that it's vey easy to assemble and the ease to turn each toy in to another, giving her several choices.
The support was quick and helpful when I asked questions about my doubts, so overall....it´s not cheap(although they do some good promotions) but would buy it again for sure because it´s a good product.

Perfect toddler tower!
Honestly, I was looking only on Amazon for a toddler tower (for free, quick shipping) but I’m so glad that I took a chance on Goodevas toddler tower! I love the fact that it folds - we have a pretty good sized kitchen but I love not having it out all the time. It’s also light enough that my 2 year old can push it to the counter next to me on her own and climb up, but also sturdy/well made and I don’t worry it’ll tip. The only “issue” we had is in order to get the legs secured, we did have to hammer in the metal piece (instead of it just sliding in). That was no problem though cause it got us the same end result. Thank you for your product! Would definitely purchase again and will be looking into other products they have.

Easy to order. About 14 days. In Norway I had to pick it up in postoffice in the store. I had to pay about 200 Nk in tax. The product is very good The best of all it is made in Ukraine.

We absolutely loooove our 5in1 climber set ! Our 1 year old and 2.5 year old love climbing, exploring and playing with it in all ways. I love how many pieces it comes with and how versatile and aesthetically pleasing it is in our living space.
It is a bit time consuming to put together, but very easy!

Great product for great price and most importantly kid loves it
We bought the 5in1 climbing set. Shipping was fast. The set is high quality, we were actually surprised with the quality, seeing as the price is so reasonable. One thing you get here and nowhere else is the triangle can be set to different angles. The whole set can be set up in different ways, so it won't get boring. When not in use, doesn't take up much space. Must have!

Nice product, doable installaton and fast delivery
I purchased the 6in1 Wooden Swedish Wall for my four-year-old son and we are super happy with it! Where he used to often be bored and not know what to do indoors, he now automatically starts climbing or swinging. Delivery was fast and very nice and convenient as well that the correct wedge anchors were already included. It was a bit of a task to get it fitting properly, since I had never worked with wedge anchors before. An instruction on exactly how to attach them would have been a helpful addition.
Also, the center distance between the top and bottom wedge anchors needs to be a certain number of centimeters: I drilled it exactly like that, but still the ‘wall’ doesn’t fit into the bottom support bracket and now only rests on the top two wedge anchors. It works fine, though... but as advice for others: you might want to drill the holes in a slightly different spot.
