0 Stars. This company is a scam. I ordered as per my order: "2 x 17'' REAL LIFELIKE JOURNEY REBORN BABY DOLL" - supposedly 1 boy and 1 girl - dolls which cost USD63.97. I received 2 7" misformed, ripped plastic, unsafe - not real lifelike at all and in no way a Boy or Girl Doll. The dolls are ripped under the arms, have a circular plastic tag that is half torn and a choking hazard to any child and the plastic is is made off looks like it is about to disintegrate!
To my complaint, they offered me $3 refund!!! A total disgrace.

I would not give any rating! They are thieves! I ordered a doll and received one that was different. The doll I got was deformed, small and so ugly. Don’t buy anything from this company!

honestly wish I could give negative stars. These people should be ashamed of the scam they have going on. Never again will I fall for this

I ordered a solar bird bath fountain on May 29th, I have yet to see it and keep getting the run around, I am getting the thought now that I was scammed, not a good company don't give them your money, and update as of Sept. 13 the, I still have not gotten money back or product, emails are sayings be patient or are you sure address is correct DON'T give them your money, SCAMMED

As many of you I bought a doll in June. I received the item in July, but it was nothing like the product on the sales page. After contacting the seller through PayPal they offered a 9$ refund, which I instantly declined. I would be sad to see such a scammer get even a penny out of anyone. I therefore escalated the case to PayPal on July 25th. I got my reply today. Reviewing the pictures I had sent of the received item contra the sales site, they voted the case to my side and closed it. So I am fortunately getting a full refund of 38.98 USD.

I am very pleased with the result.

I was sorry though, to receive the doll in the first place - the huge disappointment. I felt like a fool for having believed the sale site at all.

The doll was about the same size of my hand (in the videos on the sales site it is clearly indicated the doll would be life size). It material was poorly made and some places it seems the rubber hadn't set properly during casting. The fingers, toes and ears were not complete, and the arm was deformed. The paint job was horrific and the eyes and mouth were never meant to open. No eyes inside. I can't even explain it. It looks like a 5 scent china made doll from WISH.

DO NOT BUY!!! Or at least - make a case of it through PayPal. It worked for me.

With these foreign companies I always use PayPal, because of the better circumstances for customers.

I ordered baby dolls from this company!! I am so angry and disappointed in the product that arrived!!! The most horrible, cheap dolls arrived - tiny plastic and ridiculous. I was taken for a ride!!

Same ordered doll over a month ago, i have now found out this Scammer Michael is in Malaysia and has 5 different names and hides behind corona.
Paypal are doing a refund and going to drop this scammer and i am passing details to interpol. When they get this A hole he is going to jail for fraud and theft, my suggestion if you paid using credit card, do a chargeback and block him from taking more money.
If you used paypal get a refund through them.

I am so very disappointed in the doll I received. I placed an order for a 17" Journey doll that was advertised to be life like, made of soft silicone, could have a passy inserted into the mouth. I paid $34.49 for this little piece of garbage, that arrived nearly 2 months after ordering it. It looks worse than any doll you could possibly buy at the dollar store, it is about 6" at best, made of cheap plastic, and their is no opening in the mouth for a passy to be inserted. I have filled a dispute with PayPal and the company went back and forth for several days offering me a refunds starting at $8.00 and going to $20.00. Stating they needed to make a profit. These people are completely scaming people. Do not waste your time and money like I did. I wish I had seen these reviews before I made a purchase.

I ordered a 17 inch 3 lb life like doll for $40. I recieved a 6 inch plastic piece of crap that is worth probably $4. I'm in a battle for a full refund.

I wish I had looked at these reviews! $120.95 later and 4 hills have eyes babies later I’m screwed! Total bull crap! FURIOUS

Order doll for my girlfriend. Took over a month to arrive and was not what was advertised. Dollar store dolls look better than this 3 inch piece of plastic junk. Does anyone know how to get a refund? They will not respond to my emails.

Fraudsters. The doll pictures is not what you get. What you actually receive is something you’d pay 50p for at a scuzzy market. I have applied for a return and refund and have daily emails for about 2 weeks offering incremental part refunds (up to $20 now). They suggest I sell it on to make up the deficit!! Paid on PayPal so have lodged a claim. Avoid.

We ordered and PAID for the thermometer....never got it. This is a SCAM!

I agree with everyone that has wrote a review about these so called dolls. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I bought the doll its not even a doll it is a piece of rubber a chew toy for a dog it’s ridiculous it’s a joke I can’t believe I was Scammed like this. I’m taking action against them so help me they will pay me back or pay one way or another

SCAM. SCAM. SCAM DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I am still in shock over what I received in the mail. Nothing like the photos that are posted in the ad. Please don’t waste your money like I did. As reading the post before mine I see they are being offered only $3-4 for a refund. The doll isn’t even the size of my hand. I received 2 in a small plastic pouch no bigger then 5 x 5 and my 2 dolls were included. I was expecting this nice box with each doll looking like the ad. There were no clothes or pacifier like in the photos. There was nothing...nothing that came in this order. I purchased these for my 2 granddaughters so they could play together Christmas. I am embarrassed as an educated women that I fell for this ad. Please say your money.

I ordered 3 life like reborn baby dolls 2 girls and 1 boy. It took almost 2 months for them to come all the way from China. No surprise there. When I did receive them it is most definitely not what was advertised. The dolls are poorly made, look fake as all get out. They are the size of the palm of my hand. This website and person is absolutely scamming people out of hard earned money. I paid over $90.00 for 3 dolls and I received an envelope of absolute crap. This person needs to be shut down!

Who do I make a complaint to?
I paid over 60.00 for 2 dolls one male one female they came and they are the size of the palm if my hand.
They don't even look real. The one has a smooched in face and very unrealistic limbs.
I'm very unsatisfied.
I'd like a full refund. Please!

brought my little 3 year old 4 dolls for xmas real life like 17 inch dolls dolls the size of finger turned up in a plastic bag with leg missing absolutly furious will be gettting money back and sending better no matter how much it cost and ill be writing reviews everywhere they also keep changing there name big scam brought off facebook and facebook hasnt stopped them so beware

I AM FURIOUS!!!
I am not giving this company any stars (had to give one to write a review)
I paid over $54 AUD for a 43cm Journey doll, waited 2 months for it to arrive and received the ugliest doll I have ever seen!
It’s my daughters birthday tomorrow and that was her ‘big’ gift amongst smaller gifts.
The doll had no hair or eyelashes, did not come with extras like advertised, was not 43cm or weighted to 3lb. The doll I got was the size of a pen and had the back of the head caved in. My dog has it now as a chew toy.. an expensive chew toy.
I am so mad!!! The first response I got was the seller confirming that the doll was not like I was expecting, told me it was still beautiful, that I could still use it, told me they don’t make much profit and offered me only $3!
I replied back and got a second response offering $4 and still told its beautiful and could use it and still mentioned not making much profit... I never mentioned anything about profit and looking at what I received, it appears they have made at least $52 profit from me!
This ‘business’ needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY!!
