I used the service

I used the service, which did what I needed it to do. However, I canceled immediately and still got charged for the next month after the "free" period ended. Will be calling customer service today.

terrible I should’ve read before it…

terrible I should’ve read before it says it charges you 24.99$ a month and its not even letting me cancel my subscription saying (The subscription cant be cancelled from this device) terrible website should’ve never signed up for it. Definitely would not recommend it

Make sure the auto-renewal option is not active. I had the impression i was making a one time purchase. Also after I’ve noticed the 2nd payment I could not find the “cancel renewal” option on my dashboard. I had to contact the company to cancel that option. They didn’t agree for my second payment refund because you accepted to the terms and conditions

If I can give 0 stars I would. I cancelled my account and was still charged twice for a service I no longer needed and was no longer using. Good Car sucks. Don’t use!!!!
