It was really great, the live agent who assisted me was very professional and friendly at the same time. She is not short and impatient. Took time to listen to my issue and concern and assisted me promptly.

Everything it tells you about the car you can find for free with internet searches. It gives irrelevent information like recalls, issues other people have had with their car, safety rating, etc. Nothing that actually pertains to the car you request information on except how many owners. Definitely could have found that free public information myself not spending $2.

Why do you have to give scumbags a star. Never put your card into their system. They will auto charge you. Nobody wants to be charged monthly for your crappy service. Get bent cheaters!
