I wanted to know about the history of…

I wanted to know about the history of the car I just purchased so I tried Good Car.
So, I tried it and had a question, so I called in to the help desk. I talked with Jay and he was very helpful with a few clicks I had my complete history of my new (used car).
I have 1 suggestion, USE GOOD CAR before you buy.

This service is easy to use and provides very useful information. Service Rep was very knowledgeble, pleasant and courteous. She was genuinely interested in helping me and was quickly able to resolve my issue. Overall, my expefience with Good Car has been very pleasant.

I got a refund

I got billed for a subscription I didn’t want, but when I made it clear to the lady on the phone, she actually gave me a full refund, so that was great.
