DO NOT ORDER!!!! SCAM ALERT!!! COMPLETE FRAUD! I still don't have my order after over 2 MONTHS! Shame on me, never again!

Never received my item (phone tripod) after multiple emails and multiple months a total run around nothing changed. This is a total scam, avoid at all costs.

I made an order of a 3 pack pocket tripod for the phone on the 28th of August, paid extra to get it with DHL in 5 days! It's now 11 October and still received nothing!! I contacted them several times while there answer is the same every time! " WE HAVE CONTACTED THE LOGISTIC TEAM AND WE WILL LET YOU KNOW! I asked them for a refund and they have not complied with that so I will list them as a fraud and ask the bank to request a refund! I also have contacted DHL as they have sent me an email that they delivered while I was just given a wrong reference number so I wonder if they don't just scam people !!!! More and more scammers every day, and now we should trust online shopping? it has become more a hassle than a pleasure! I don't trust online shopping anymore! Local stores and brands we know!

I ordered 4 expandable fences and got 4 little girl bracelets.

Be aware!! Scammers!! I ordered a set of Pocket Tripods and received nothing but a bogus tracking number. It also turns out that Goodband is in breach of intellectual property laws by even selling Pocket Tripods.

Giving one star because zero isn’t an option. That’s what I got. Nothing. Another scam. Checked the tracking. Said it was delivered to my mailbox. Hence I brought large items that don’t fit in a mailbox. Nothing was in there... just creepy.

This company works with sellers that do not sell what they are advertising. I bought an expandable Faux fence. Paid for the bigger fence and got a Joke for it. Very small fence for a dollhouse. This is not acceptable. Goodband should be responsible for checking if the sellers are good for it with their product.

Do not buy from them. My wife and I saw an ad on facebook for a expandable faux fence and we decided to get it. To be honest we thought it was too good to be true because the price was unbelievably low. They offer free shipping if you order four of them and we were tempted to do it but decided to buy just one just in case it was a scam. I did some research but never saw this webpage so the ratings were mixed (probably a bunch of them fake) so we gave it a try. As many post here it took like two month to get our package and when I opened it the only thing I was able to do was laugh. We have decided before that if the product was not as shown we will try to use it somewhere else at least to add some green to our yard. But the product is that bad that the yard looks better even if it is just dirt and weeds. Nothing we can do with the product other than put it in the trash. Anyway, no hard feeling we basically knew what we could expect and paid for it. So please don’t bother and don’t get anything from this “company”.

I ORDERED A PACKAGE, THEY SENT ME A TRACKING NUMBER AND THE PACKAGE WAS "DELIVERED" BUT THE POST OFFICE FLAGGED IT AS SUSPICIOUS AND IT WASN'T WHAT I ORDERED. I CONTACTED THEM TO DISPUTE AND THEN THEY MADE UP SOME EXCUSE, SENT ME A NEW TRACKING NUMBER, AND THE SAME THING AGAIN, NOTHING DELIVERED. COMPLETE SCAM! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID. THEIR PRICES ARE RIDICULOUSLY LOW FOR A REASON. LEARNED MY LESSON.

I ordered two items from their website August 16th, got an email several days later saying it has shipped. Several weeks went by and still have not received my purchase. I checked my tracking number and no movement since 08/29. I emailed them asking where my package is and was told it got shipped to the wrong address... They said they have already shipped my order again and will contact me with a new tracking number shortly. A week goes by, nothing! Emailed them again and was told it actually was NOT shipped yet and now they are having manufacturer issues. Again, they said they would keep me informed. It is now 09/18 and I still have no clue what is going on with my order. All they keep doing is apologizing and giving me incorrect information. I have now asked for a FULL refund and now waiting for their response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! It is a scam and although they claim to be a US company, they are based out of China and their customer service is VERY poor. If I do not get a full refund as I requested, I am reporting this company further.

Ordered a product back in August. It's now September 3rd and still hasn't been received by the USPS. It said on the website it "ships" within 48 hours, but that's a load of crap. Get this, I got the expedited shipping! Do NOT order from them! Do your research!!!

Note: yes I've sent emails. They responded with, "we'll look into it".

After foolishly giving them my mobile number when i purchased an item I started to receive spam phone calls in an asian language from a number which I had to block. Then regarding the actual item I purchased, (a mini tripod for mobile phone) it did actually arrive, but it took took 4 weeks (which is forgivable during the pandemic) but it is apparently a fake knock off. It is nowhere near the quality depicted in the images on the website. It is unstable and wobbly and where the website stated that it was constructed of high quality plastic and carbon fibre, the item that arrived is just made of normal slippery brittle plastic. Details shown in the website photos, like bevels around the edges, two tones of colour where there is evidence of more than one material being used in the construction, silicon grips for holding the phone and gradation marks on the adjustable part as well as a brand stamp, are all absent on the item that arrived, and the parts that hinge look very flimsy and will obviously not withstand too much use. Don't buy from this site and certainly don't give them your phone number.
