Awful customer service

Awful customer service - two orders, both massively delayed but no one notified me until I bugged them and finally got responses more than one month later in each case. About half my contact attempts went unanswered.

If you can find what you're looking for elsewhere, do.

If I could zero review

If I could zero review, I would. Ordered early August, but still had not received my product in September. Their telephone is a robotic voice telling you they are so busy that you can only communicate via email. They took my money in August without shipping any product and in the end I had to contact my bank to reverse the visa charge. Do not buy from them. Their claims online about themselves are false. They are not some large company with several employees. They are a drop shipper with dubious methods which are borderline fraudulent. They didn’t respond to my emails. I posted on their Instagram account, they removed my comments; I direct messaged them, they ignored me. It was until my bank started proceedings to get my money on my Visa card back that I heard from them.

This is not a good company

This is not a good company, please read the reviews before buying anything. I bought an expensive item on July 21 and since then, absolutely no communications. No answer to their phones, no answers to their emails. Avoid.

Updated. I wish I had seen these reviews…

I wanted to update my review to 5 stars and here is why.
I was contacted by Jacquie who explained the issue was a glitch in their system. I am assuming I had a tricky order because I kept changing it and required a partial refund, which was issued promptly.
The reason for not replying to my emails was that the person taking care of those was sick for a week at the time we spoke. Jacquie never mentioned it, but we know there are fires in BC near them and I'm sure everyone there is affected.
Since then I went on their YouTube channel and learned about their vision and mission and I love it and will support it when I can.

Anyway, my order arrived and it is perfect.

I wish I had seen these reviews earlier. I would have never ordered with Godd2goco.

Paid for my order on July 4. Over two months and I still have not received it. Can't get hold of anyone by phone or email. Got some emails answered, but not lately. Sent 3 emails this week alone - no answer. Unfortunately, will not be ordering there anymore. Now I just want to recover my money and go somewhere else. What I shame. I was hoping this was a legit business.

Ordered product 5 months ago. I can be patient but repeated emails go unanswered. No one answers the phone. I feel like this company is a scam. They took my $500 and have basically disappeared into the night. Avoid at all costs.

Everything is wrong continuing to hold…

Everything is wrong continuing to hold for next available agent for over an hour. Waste of my time. Website outdated. Stock of items is unknown... trying to get refund is impossible. This organization is a f#¿□ing joke. Strongly recommend not to deal with this organization

Non existent customer service, Don't even think this company exists

It's been over 5 weeks now since I placed an order for 2 water purifying bottles. I've sent 2 emails as directed from their website and have received no communications in return. The only contact number I have found is their warehouse in Kelowna but every time I call, the pre-recorded message ends the call.
Does this company even exist, I have no idea?!
Customer service is non-existent.

Sounds like more of the same for me..

Sounds like more of the same for me... Placed my order on April 3! My confirmation stated 2-3 day for processing, I contacted them around May 4, and spoke with a very nice woman, she assured me that I would receive my order by the end of May. That their supplier was having issues, so I waited. On June 5, I received a portion of my order. I called to see about the rest of my order, and to my surprise, you can no longer get through to a person, I was directed to email them...I did, to zero response. I proceeded to send several emails, not one email was answered, but i am still receiving their advertisements!!! I am seriously dissappointed, I still have items not received, and still no contact at all. I am reaching out to their supplier. This is by far, the worst experience dealing with an online order I have ever had. It is July 1 tomorrow, and they are just completely ignoring my emails and calls. This was a $1400 order, and they had no problem taking my money, they need to deliver. Absolutely do not recommend this company at all!!!

Ordered a product they listed as in…

Ordered a product they listed as in stock. Fenix cl09 lantern. The order sat unfulfilled for over a month with no update. Contacted them 3 times via email before I got a reply. They said they where having stock issues and the lantern was not in stock (even though thier web site said it was) I asked if they could send the other items from my order and they said no unless I wanted to pay extra shipping. So they gave me a new time line on when the lantern would be in stock. That date cam and went and still unfulfilled. Same run around with contacting them and when I did finally get ahold of them more saying the item wasn't in stock. More excuses, more disappointment. I went to the the lantern manufacturers website and contacted them about availability. They said the lantern was discontinued. Well, hell. How long would they have string me along on that lantern know it was never going to be in stock? I asked for a refund and that took 3 emails and 2 weeks. I feel this company is horribly run. They couldn't organize a gang bang in a wh*re house with a fist full of fifties. Plus they are dishonest. Sorry good2goco, its gonna be a no good and no go from me.

Would not recommend unless you have lots of time

I made an order on January 23 and I'm still waiting for my order and it's May 31st. Every time I contact them it takes 2 to 5 business days before I get an email back. Each time they are waiting for a different product before they can ship my order. The people are nice once you get a hold of them however, I'm still waiting. I hope they figure something out soon.

Placed an order April 5th 2023

Placed an order April 5th 2023, $211. It is May 11th, no order from them. Worst company I have ever dealt with, EVER. I have emailed several times. phoned and sat on hold for hours. Of all the emails and phone calls I have received one response saying they were waiting for one item. Then I finally got through on the phone and was told I was emailed this morning, nothing came in (yes I checked spam). Was told they are now waiting for a different product that they had before when I ordered. Asked for a refund and was told that when she gets around to it I'll get a refund. Oh boy..... If you're on a pension and can't afford to have over $200 sitting in limbo for an indefinite period of time then I would avoid purchasing from this company.

Worst kind of people - scammers.

I bought a freeze dryer from this company that was supposed to ship in between 3-4 weeks. 4 weeks rolled around and I never heard from them. Emailed them asking when it would arrive, no reply. Two days later I emailed them again, nothing. I called them and they have an automated voice message telling customers that it is better to email. So I emailed them saying I was going to contact my credit card company for fraud, someone promptly called me back. They said I should have gotten a call over a month ago, there has been a delay by the manufacture making the freeze dryers and they didn't know when they would be in. I asked that my order be cancelled and money returned. They lady on the phone said she wasn't able to do that, should would let someone else know then hung up. I contacted another company asking what the wait time for a freeze dryer was - they said it would take them one week.
I sent a follow up email a few days later asking for my refund - no reply. I have contacted my credit card company. Good2goco is a complete scam, taking people's money (over $7K) and just hoping they forget about it. NEVER buy from here.

Update - May 26 - after contacting Shopify I received a call from Good2GoCo, the lady said that they never received any of my emails and no one relayed the message to cancelled my order and refund it - not sure what is going on there but she was apologetic and refunded me the money luckily - so if you're having issues getting your money back - contact Shopify.

Avoid this company at all costs!

There may be a more deceptive company in legal business than this one, but in my 76 years of life, I have never come across one such as Good2go!
I paid them 5,301 dollars for a freeze dryer on February 7th 2023, with the promise of delivery within 2-4 weeks. With no delivery date given by early March, I contacted the company and was told to expect delivery very soon. I continued to ask for delivery date on a weekly basis until finally on April 13 th with still no delivery . Latest delivery was promised for April 10th. From this time on I was unable to contact the company by phone or by email. All along I have been given reasons and excuses as to why the delivery had not transpired, one excuse was that the driver had not turned up at Harvest Right (where they buy the freeze dryers) another excuse was a snow storm in Utah, where the truck with freeze dryers was coming from. I checked the weather in the state of Utah, and weather there was perfect for driving. Then I contacted Harvest Right and made enquiries about their connection with Good2goco. I was told that no deliveries of freeze dryers had been sent after January and that they had received more calls about Good2goco like mine. So, Good2goco had been lying to me all along. Since I had no way to reach Good2go after April 13, I contacted the fraud division with my credit card. They said they would investigate for me and have the dispute resolved. Some hours later I had a telephone call , left as a message, telling me the freeze dryer was to be shipped in four days. That was followed up with an email. Then a few hours later another phone call from Laurelle to tell me "bad news, Harvest Right in their wisdom has sent the wrong freeze dryers, one of them is yours. We can send a larger model at 100$ more, other wise your medium model freeze dryer will only be available next July." Well that same day, I ordered the same freeze dryer from another reputable company, similar price, free delivery, and I will get it within two weeks, the model is in stock.
I did manage to get a re inbursement of the 5,301 dollars, thanks to my credit card fraud department, but I just want people to be aware how this company operates. Do not deal with this company, at your peril, save yourself the grief. This saying comes to mind. "What a tangled web we weave, when first to practice to deceive"

Terrible company

Company took a MONTH to ask me to pay for shipping which is listed as free on my order confirmation. I even offered to spend more money to make the free shipping work but customer service was no help and didn't seem concerned about losing a regular customer. Sad company really.

Not a scam, just a poorly run business IMO

This company is poorly run. That said, I had the same negative experience as many others.......however........I recieved what I ordered in about 4-5 weeks. The phone line is terribly implimented.Makes you believe you can talk to a person, I couldn't, just leave message.They should tell you that, instead they say 2 callers ahead of you, then just kick you to the message machine every time i called. Created frustration.

The customer service was good about my concerns about the order not being shipped. Bottom line: good price and great shipping, but expect to wait until they get they're supplies in. It's soooooo different from any other company selling supplies. Someone has a lack of formal business training.Website is excellent. It's sad because the people seem nice.

I wanted to shop Canadian...

Let me start out by saying I spend plenty of money on the sorts of things Good2goco sells, I wanted to shop Canadian, I made an order, and They took my money. I was informed they would process my order within 2-3 business days. Well, that was a couple of weeks ago. I contacted them last week and was told that of the three items I ordered ONE was on backorder. I was told they would ship what they had that day, and that their buyer would reach out to me that day to inform me of the status of the last item. Needless to say, that was not true... I'm not going to say they outright lied to me but that's sure how it feels. All I can think of is how stupid I was for trusting these people despite all the reviews suggesting I shouldn't.

You know that old saying fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me... Yes, I feel like a fool for trusting these people - BUT I won't make that mistake again.

An update from my original review. I did contact Good2goco by telephone and requested a refund. The individual I spoke to was very professional and she processed my refund without a hitch. I don't think this operation is shady. I think they are trying to grow their business and they are having growing pains. My frustration was waiting on something I needed, paid for, with a delivery expectation they created and no idea of when/ if it was going to be shipped. If I had been informed I might have accepted the delay... timely followup is so important for trust.

Fast Service

I ordered a pair of boots that I know are hard to get right now. I saw the 7-10 days to process and figured I give them a try. I had tried another company that never processed my order after 3 months and had to argue on the phone to get my money back. These guys processed my order within 6 days. During the holidays I might add. It's been 4 days since I got the confirmation email and they arrived this morning.
