As others are verifying, this company must be ... not sure to be honest. Are they falsely advertising items and because they are not supplying after payment, are they using that money for illegal enterprises or what? I made a purchase and they never supplied it, they never called me back after several voicemails after many emails, they finally wrote back months later, writing "we've cancelled your order and no refund submitted". Can you imagine?!!! Have you ever?!!! Scammers!!!

Scammers they owe me $200 for an order they can't deliver on. And they do not respond to customers. They sell products they can't provide and refuse to refund or credit. Do not recommend. Its been over 4 months and no response.

Ordered a chicken scalder and plucker, the plucker arrived on time but the scalder never shipped. It's been over a year and they don't reply to emails and the number they provide to call just points you to their email address. Definitely a scam.

Ordered Bradley Smoker products and LEM meat packaging products in Mid October of 2023. After trying to contact them for a month i finally got an email in December apologizing for the delays. I had already bought the Bradley smoker supplies else where so asked for my money back and received in January. In the same email, they said the LEM products would be there in early January so I didn't ask for my money back. BIG MISTAKE. It is now March 10th 2024 and no product. I have been emailing them weekly since February 13th 2024 and only getting the automated reply. They have had my $300+ money since I first ordered and are a very poor company to deal with. I have submitted a dispute with my Master card co. and have got my $355.95 credited back to my account. No responce from Good2goco. I have ordered directly from LEM and was shipped the next day.

Takes your money. Does not ship product for months. Does not respond to emails or phone calls. No reason to list the product as available when they have no stock and cannot fill the order. Bad business with a very bad rep.

Please don’t buy here, you won’t get you goods. I placed an order December 28th 2023 and I’m still waiting on march 9th 2024
I have sent emails and I only got an automated answer saying that they were going to contact me in 7 days, it has been a month already. I’ll try to fight for my money. 400$ they took

After emailing them multiple times and complaining to the BBB I still have not received my order, placed 4 months ago, nor have I gotten a refund.

I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company as they scammed me out of $425 for a water filter for my daughter. It was ordered before Christmas but has never arrived. After emailing and phoning numerous times, and filing a complaint with the BBB of B.C. and my credit card company, I received an email that my order was cancelled and a refund would be coming. No such luck. And no further correspondence. I will post a complaint on Shopify and have also contacted the manufacturer of the filter, so they know that they are getting a bad reputation through [Not] Good2Go. Stay away!

I ordered $338 worth of merchandise in October 2023. I have not recieved the order and they do not answer back on emails.

I ordered a bucket of fruit 3 months ago for just over 200.00 including tax and haven't received it. I also sent them 3 emails which they have not responded to. They also don't answer phone calls on the number provided.

If I could give this company a zero I would. I waited a year for a product I ordered and they kept telling me they are waiting for it, it’s back ordered. Now I want my money back and I can’t get ahold of anyone! No one responds. I spend almost $700. Unbelievable disgusting company.

I ordered a pressure canner over a month ago.
To get an shipping update I reached out to the support, which never answered. No answer on order cancelation either, so now I have to claw back my money via my bank.

Not a very trustworthy company. Ordered Christmas presents in December still haven't received anything. They will not respond and say they are short staffed. Not our problem. Now to call the Visa company.

My husband and I put an order for $6000 in Beginning of November 2023! I have been contacted them several time called them several time! Now I’m just reading all these messages! We will be proceeding to go the the bank now! Hopefully we are able to get out money back! It’s too bad… we had good experience back in 2022 with the company! However, this is not good business practice and should be shut down!

Yes I am yet another customer recently scammed by this dumpster of a company. My brother who has had good past experiences ordering from good2goco bought me a gift card for Christmas. We like to go camping with my kids in the summer and he thought I could get some supplies for he upcoming season. I also spent some of my own money and ordered 5 items. No response to emails, no customer service. The fact this website is still taking orders is literally criminal and I hope they go down. The anger I feel at being duped out of a thoughtful gift from my brother is immense. This is unacceptable. I truly feel hate for who ever is managing this scam.

I was totally compromised through this fraudulent company for months. Just under 6000. For six months. I was lucky my credit card company with the recorded correspondence reimbursed me.
I have read that other customers did not have this recourse or actually purchased product through an in house financing program. Stuck with the payments without the product.
Martin is a renowned expert on the old testament. He travels and lectures. He and his wife Jacquie have business degrees.
They know exactly how they are manipulating your payment on products that you never receive.
Pursue these two psychopaths criminally not civilly. Until they are held accountable they will continue to abuse their customers.
Demand that the fraud department at the rcmp research these fraudsters seriously.
This is not a civil matter. Their conduct is fraudulent. This company needs to be shut down before more people are victimized.
Do not be intimidated. That's what these creeps are counting on. You are in the power position in moving forward. These people are thieves and cowards.

I ordered $5,000.00 worth of stuff in early January. I’ve emailed them multiple times and tried calling with no reply. I then read these reviews and thought dear god, I got scammed! I contacted my bank and filed a dispute on those charges, and thank god, I got my money back! If you have had that issue, please call you bank or credit card company, explain your situation, and file a dispute. It took about five business days to get my money back.

Placed an order in early December...they very quickly put the purchase on my credit card....since then no response.....I consider this theft....no response from email or phone....the 1 star indicates nothing....am considering contacting the police in kelowna to investigate....anyone else been stolen from?

If i could give zero stars I would. Made a purchase from Good2goco on January 2nd, it is now February 20th and 4 emails asking about my order I still have not been contacted by the company and have not received my order. They have charged me in full.
