I have ben tryingto cancel my subscription for over a week becuase their webpages is not working and haven't received any support.
It is not possibleto do it online andif you ask customer support they answer with a predetermined answer and give you no solution.
There is no way I can cancel my suscription and I will probably have to pay for this over-priced box simply because their system doesn't work.
If you are thinking of buying it every now and then or are not sure and want to give it a try hoping you could cancel it in the future, I would not suggest you to do it.
There is no sense of customer support in this company. Very disappointed.

I really like it! I like that its enviroment friendly and the variety of the recipes.
The only thing I would suggest is to have an app to manage the subscriptions directly without having to access the website.

Good product mix and delivery is excellent! I don't feel I need the recipes and extra sauce or spice packs etc. I would prefer just fresh produce

I had hello fresh before good bank. And in my opinion good bank is better, the recipes are so delicious and nutritious, which is really important to me considering I’m breastfeeding. Also I’ve discovered some new veggies, that I’ve never eaten before! Also, there is no plastic, whereas HelloFresh has a LOT of plastic. Price and quality are just right.

Meals are always super tasty and healthy, food is fresh and sustainably sourced, service is a pleasure with quick answers to questions. Absolutely brilliant!

Love the service. Products are excellent and the recipes interesting. Occasionally, the produce starts to turn quickly and I hate to waste.

- The recipes are unclear (at least in English) (e.g. you provide a huge tub of buckwheet or quinoa --- but don't specify in the recipe if I should use the full amount provided. I figure it can't be, as it would be a massive amount, but it would be clearer in any case if this were made more precise).
- The meals have always been a bit of a disappointment. This is either because the recipes themselves are just poorly designed, and not flavorful, or the instructions are unclear resulting in a poorly executed dish (or I am a terrible cook, but I seem to manage just fine with other recipes.
- It would be great to get a "pro tip" sheet on how to keep each of the ingredients fresh (e.g. which should I put in fridge, which should I keep out, etc.). Because I find that by the time I get to the third meal in the box, the ingredients look a bit under the weather.
- While the veggies look gorgeous, I have not liked the meats. I will try one more box, but will go for the vegetarian option only next time.

Me being a designer the first thing I’ve noticed when the box came is was how carefully and sustainably everything is packed and prepared for me. Additionally, I had the chance to discover veggies I never tried and discover new tastes! I’m not a great chef, but I could easily follow the recipes and prepare surprisingly good dishes :) highlight: the spice mix was amazing.

The first boxes were amazing. High quality and creative content. When the audience grew bigger it declined fast. Every week I received an absurd amount of cherry tomatoes. Which was fine. The first four weeks of receiving them. Then the ingredients were wrapped in paper to give the illusion that they came straight from the market. It reached it's climax when german Mettenden which were still square shaped from the commercial packaging were wrapped in paper and sold as 'italian sausages'. In the beginning the value for money was great. Receiving caviar, fancy burger buns or cheese was amazing but then it became more and more a veggie box with few highlights. You would also see other customers receiving different things on instagram, so they obviously struggled to maintain the same quality for all customers alike. I also received prompt feedback from customer care in the beginning. Mainly regarding technical issues. When I contacted them bc things where missing via their chat a few weeks later (three times in a row) nobody responded. While I was raving to friends in the beginning I quickly stopped and now I am actively telling people to not order bc it is simply not worth it.

I love the idea - I get the box right at the door. No surprises, because I become a live tracking link with the estimated delivery time. There are recipes and ideas for every single product in the box, so nothing is wasted. Subscription management allows me to skip some of the boxes if necessary without any problems. And also customer service is always there to help. Would definitely recommend!

I love receiving my Good Bank box! Seriously, I personally care a lot about the quality of food, and receiving a box every week with different options every week has saved me a lot of time and made my life way easier. I find the prices of the boxes are fair and I basically live off that box for a week - considering I also eat out sometimes. The service is very good, it happened a couple of times that I wasn't home and they still managed to deliver it. I'm overall very happy and excited about Good Bank :)

Good quality and varied products, each box has a nice mix and useful tips and recipes. I had some issues managing my subscription, but the customer support was super helpful and took care of it :)

We are really happy with the products and also with the recipes that come along. The products are fresh and delicious, it's always a great way to eat something unique while at home. Absolutely recommend.
