Computer Errors and Inflexible/Unfair policies
This company has very inflexible policies. After a delivery I skipped got confirmed without my doing, I was charged a 20 percent cancellation fee. I have been skipping due to a dietary restriction. Despite this error and multiple referrals to them, they could not help me. They said they need to charge the fee to cover their costs. The charge went through Wednesday at midnight for a Sunday delivery. I let them know Thursday morning. If they have meal costs, they are not providing fresh food.
