I use GoMore for 3 years as of now.
First time last weekend I had the issue with the owner of a car.
GoMore support solved the issue and apologized for the inconvenience.

Ill never use gomore again. Everything was alright until I returned the car and the owner said that the keys wasn't there.
What the heck will I do with the key again? Steal it ? Go more wouldn't hesitate to charge me 3500kr if the owner didn't finally found it.
So , no matter what you say at the end of the day it's your word against theirs, but they'll send the invoice without any doubt.
I'd rather pay more next time to a proper car rental and skip potential stress and time waste.

Don’t rent anything from GoMore.se
If the owner of the car is misinforming you they don’t Care.
They dont intend to help you if you as a renter had been misinformated about the car and thereby get a Big fine.

My rental over the change of April-May went well.
The minor glitch happened with the seat belt buckle. It didn't function properly and the buckle was left in between of the closing door. A minor mark/bent was left, no paint issue.
I reported this as to be honest is the right thing to do.
I discussed with the owner this is really a guarantee issue - your car is new and the seat belt should work properly. But the minor mark is no real issue. We marked it down to report it in.
Now all of the sudden I have received an invoice of 9000 SEK.
This is a false invoice.
There are two major concerns:
1) it is a car guarantee issue. First and foremost.
2) if it was not a car guarantee issue, then the fault is so minor it would not require anything to fix it.
9000 SEK from your side/insurance company is preposterous and without any actual rationale.

I could not even register to Gomore because I don’t work… we have to have a work to rent a car? Never seen such a company like that before! So I have money, I can pay if there’s a problem but still I can’t rent! I think that is a silly condition… sorry for the word!

What a ps app/website.. the idea is great and it seems very simple to rent a car through it. However, they haven't mentioned anywhere that I must wait for a credit check to be approved.. after a whole day waiting for them..I got a message saying that I need to provide proof of income 😬😬😳 as if I am buying a car not renting it... eventually, I went to gas station and booked a car instantly instead 🙃...very happy with the service from the gas station 😃
Definitely not worth even trying this app/website..Gomore should be ashamed of themselves

It was really good experience, everything was smooth. Only one thing to improve when i tried to contact customer care on saturday for increasing my km limit they are not attending or working on that. It would be good have support on weekends as well since weekends only most of the people will go for a trip and if they need some help it is not possible to contact your customer care.

First time I see that many requirements regarding the driver.
I spent 2 hours, and finally I got rejected. I have a lot of money on my bank account, but they said it was not enough.

Terrible service. All kinds of checks that are frankly not necessary to any other car rentals. Passport, drivers license, payslip (no alternative for those self employed) and credit check (despite there being no credit given) the company is making a easy service more complex, for reasons that have no logic. Poor customer service also, they take forever to reply. Never using this company again.
