Having had my 'phone from Go Mobile Camborne many years ago I decided it was time for an upgrade

It could not have been easier, Ian transferred all info to the new 'phone - service was excellent & the new 'phone is great

Oliver (?) and Sam were very friendly and helpful when I upgraded my phone just after Christmas. They took care of everything that needed doing to ensure a smooth transition. Everything went to plan and I am very pleased with the new phone so far. Also they were very helpful to my partner who 'inherited' my old phone and is now starting a steep learning curve with his first smartphone! I stayed with GoMobile when my contract came up for renewal because it is so good to know that I can call or visit somewhere nearby if I need help.

I chose Go Mobile as they said they could transfer my contacts from an old Nokia to a refurbed iPhone 6s. I went in and got advice on sim only, got a good offer £6 a month for three gig. Sure enough the very helpful Chris in my local shop transferred all my contacts NO CHARGE as I got the sim thro them.Brilliant. Cannot speak too highly.

I didn’t expect such good service. I was expecting to trudge through different phone stores in the area and get a hard sell from each of them.
Go Mobile in Teignmouth was the first store I tried. Sam provided exactly what I wanted and transferred everything off my old phone.
What a relief to have such friendly, quick and efficient service.

The guys at Go mobile, Launceston are so helpful. They go above and beyond to help customers out.

I went to GoMobile because my old smartphone packed up over Christmas.
I am no good with technical stuff.
The 2 guys at GoMobile really helped me with their fantastic advice and I got a smartphone that really fits my needs.
They also helped me transfer my data from the old one to the new one.

My old phone had been playing me up, losing contacts was the last straw. I walked down to GoMobile and Cesar did everything he could go help me. He selected a phone which was enough for my needs, didn't try to persuade me to buy a more expensive phone, helped me by transferring what information my old phone had left on it and helped me to transfer my number to my new phone. Nothing is too much trouble for Cesar and it is lovely to have a shop like GoMobile in the town to go to, otherwise it would have to be Tesco and I'm not keen on their mobile phones.

I was really happy with the experience in the shop today. Best service I have had.

Go Mobile is my choice! I have used with them for 11yrs!! Always helpful and there backup and friendly service is all I can wish for!!!

I had a problem with my mobile phone and took it to Go Mobile in Teignmouth where the manager Kelly quickly analysed what was wrong and advised it would not be economical to repair it and given it was two years old recommended a new upgraded phone which would provide more memory too and at no extra cost to my existing contract.
She contacted EE for me and completed all the necessary paperwork efficiently and transferred all my existing data across to the new Samsung A10 which I returned to collect a few hours later.
The friendly and efficient service received was exceptional and much better than previous experiences at that store.

Really kind and put themselves out when I came into shop with a broken mobile, soon set me up with a new mobile and managed to transfer my old data after some difficulty.
