If your paid product doesn't work too bad for you!
I purchased a second license for gom player plus this year, and it installed fine. I entered my license info, and it told me it was already in use. I followed their instructions to remove the license and reenter it. Yay it started working. Turned off m PC later, and tied using it the next day but the license had to be reinstalled after removing it - again! I have tried everything, but evidently their support doesn't respond to Americans, as I tried probably 25 times to get them to support their product. WORTHLESS SUPPORT!!!

This player surpasses all the others I've used in terms of usefulness. It brings me joy to learn that Mix Max is a GOM video editor.
Despite the early stage, there are many resources (video, handbook, FAQ) to make it painless for beginners.

Fullscreen Mode doesn't fully resize the window
Easy enough to use with its interface layout and various free sources available. However, due to its minimum resolution of 1280 x 960, some of the interface text looks a bit cropped and awkward even when you go into fullscreen mode.
