Lesson learned…
I bought and took golo for several months. I did loose weight and continued the portion size after stopping the pills as an experiment. I recorded the same amount of exercise and foods that I did using golo. Without the tablets I slowly gained beck several pounds very quickly. Now I get why they say in their ads golo for life. Personally I don't want or can afford to take it for the rest of my life. No thank you.

Release is designed to be phased out once you reach your goal weight. It is safe to take long term. Some will continue to take 1 or 2 Release capsules after they reach their goal, but that is not required to maintain your weight. Waste of money! Uncaring company!
Used exactly as directly. Limited sugars eaten, ate more fruits. Absolute waste of money, no weight loss after 30 days of use.
Contrary to the assumption in golo's response, I did follow their diet recommendations in the inserted materials. Of course it's my fault when their product doesn't work for me. So much for their money back guarantee when I don't fit their ideal cookie cutter results.

Waste of money!
Tried the Release pills, didn't help. Tried the pre made Bison Blends, truly the most wretched thing I have ever tried! I love Bison meat and this flavorless pile of yuck was difficult to choke down.

Have not loss any weight BUT keeping my A1C low
I have not loss any weight, but keeping my A1C around 5.4. Before Golo? For 6months i ate a protein about the size of the palm of my hand and 2-8ozs of vegetables for dinner & no to little carbs With water. I had 18 almonds for snacks and 1/2 low carb wrap sandwich and less than a 1/2 cup of cereal for breakfast. Once I lost 50lbs and A1C went from 6.4 to 5.1 I increased my meal portions slightly and added carbs every now&then my weight stayed off but my A1C went up. So I started with Golo and it brought A1C to 5.4 from 5.6 and has been 5.4 for 6mos. Have not loss weight because I am not doing the Golo Diet. And I have not gained weight. So I like Golo for keeping my A1C in check.

NOT impressed. Lost a few lbs but gave me gastric issues. On the 60 return..THEY MAKE YOU PAY TO RETURN. Do not be fooled by all the hype in ads!!!!
