I rented a Tankless Water Heater last year from Go Lime which I thought was a good price. Now Go Lime has raised the rental cost less than a year after the install and I'm sure this will continue. Go Lime has proved they are a money grabbing company and I wish I had kept my old hot water tank rental with a fixed fee. DO NOT DEAL WITH GO LIME!!
The installation of the hot water tank was completed properly but when they were removing the old tank they dropped it and smashed the floor tile.
The service manager Sal came to my home to look at the damage and told me they would compensate me but that was months ago.
I have left multiple messages with no response and you cannot escalate a complaint because the customer service will it give you names.
Just be aware that if they damage your property - GOLIME will not fix damages.
The tile they smashed in the foyer was discontinued and I have to replace the whole foyer of app 58 sq ft.
