Golf Swing Systems Reviews

Had a problem with delivery of part of my order and only experienced really helpful customer service to resolve the issue. I will use golf swing systems again.

I bought the 3m x 3m x 3m enclosure together with the mat. Excellent quality and really good support from their office staff. Only took myself and my daughter three hours to put up from start to finish. Look at the pictures first and ask for the step-by-step instructions, then just get on with it. Very happy to recommend!

The delivery of HomeCourse retractable screen was fast (in 5 days from UK to Slovenia), excelent product. Great support from staff. I recommend the seller.

Excellent customer service. Product received in a timely fashion. V pleased with quality of golf net. Would highly recommend. Look forward to future golf purchases

I ordered a golf stick , flag & hole , and they arrived on the date promised , and were exactly what I was looking for . Thank you .

Excellent customer services and my raised golf mat arrived promptly. Now looking for the sand blaster attachment and more than happy to return to this company for my business.

Great Service from a great company in these troubled times. Can't speak highly enough of the product or the service received. Thoroughly Recommended

Wow, what service. Been speaking to Chris over the last week or so about various products, no question was too big or too small. Ordered a golf mat which arrived the next day. Superb quality, enjoying using it. Thank you Chris.👍

I cannot commend the guys at Golf Swing Systems enough. Top service, great communication and a personal touch and proper replies to emails and queries. Will use again for sure and have already recommended them to many friends who have already ordered from them.

The guys really went above and beyond to help kit us out. With a 14 year old with Impatience to keep occupied, we ordered net, mats, chipping net, putting green astro and all were delivered quickly . Really great service and good quality gear. Highly recommended

The team have been super helpful and responsive. They helped me select the mat and net for practise at home. The service was honest and efficient with.thiut being pushy. They are super enthusiastic about their products. In the coming years I hope to upgrade the setup with a simulator.

Thanks all!

Chris and the rest of the team at Golf Swing Systems were LIFESAVERS amidst the uncertainty around COVID-19.

Dale Whitnell, professional golfer on the European Tour, was in an immediate need for a mat to complete his indoor training facilities via the living room conversion. Chris advised on the correct mat, as well as ensured expedited shipping.

Less than 24 hours after the conversation, Dale is happily swinging away and keeping up the practice for when the European Tour resumes.

Reach out to Chris and the team for all your golfing needs! We cannot recommend them enough. Dale will be using them in the future for his indoor golf studio needs. Top notch and best in class!

Product: 2m x 2m Tee Turf Golf Strike hitting mat

I recently purchased a Tee Turf golf mat from these guys , and they could not have been more helpful or professional . Chris actually talked me out of buying a more expensive mat and on to one that better served my needs. The mat arrived as promised within a couple of days, considering what we are going through right now (Covid19) this was excellent service . I also bought a SkyTrak from these guys a couple of years ago , so would not hesitate to reccomend Golf swing Systems for all your practice needs .

Excellent Service by Chris Manuel - can't recommend this company highly enough..... They went out of their way to find what I needed and delivered when no-one else could.

I purchased a Pro Advanced golf net from GolfSwing Systems which turned out to be almost impossible to fold away in the manner described in an accompanying video. In order to pack it away after use you have to stand on part of the net when folded flat in half on the ground and then pull up the wider of two ends towards you before twisting it through 90 degrees. You really need three legs and extra long arms! I did perservere managed to fold it away very carefully half a dozen times but then I got the operation slightly wrong and one of the sides became misshapen resulting in the net then falling over whenever I tried to erect it, rendering it useless. I do understand the principle as to how these items work as I do have a child's tent which works on the same principle but smaller and I have had no issues packing this away after use. I requested help and advice from the merchant Golf Swing Systems who said that all he got from the manufacturer was that if you didn't follow the video then the arms will become misshapen. He then offered me 10% off future purchases! I would certainly not buy anything from either of these two companies in the future and would warn others to be aware of this issue before they buy and perhaps have a look at the video and see if it is something that they are able to do because it is very difficult.

The job done by this company was amateurish and to a very poor finish. I wish I had gone with someone else.
