Great service.
Bought replacement rear wheels.
Enquired about them around 6.30pm. Surprised to get a response later that same night..
Wheels despatched the next morning, and placed in my hands the following day.

I E-mailed the company on Bank Holiday Monday with a query regarding a part I needed.I was pleasantly suprised to receive a prompt from Dereck who was able to identify the part I required from the online parts listing.Part ordered without any problem and received within a couple of days.Part fitted exactly and problem resolved Excellant service.

My GX3 trolley developed a minor issue and required a new switch. I contacted Golfstream who we more than happy to assist with this. Not only was the new switch sent out very quickly it was also sent free of charge. This level of customer service is the reason I will be a life long Golfstream customer and the fact they make outstanding golf trollies also helps. Well done Golfstream!!!!

Fabulous Trolley. I have a bad back and need to lift it in and out of my car. The good news is that the weight is light and distributed meaning no more back strain. It looks great too. Well built and easy to get spare parts if needed. I am also very happy to give a British business my custom.

I bought a Caddy Cell battery from an online golf reseller to replace my defunct original PowaKaddy battery. I had a problem trying to fit it into my PowaKaddy C2 trolley, so decided to contact Golfstream directly.
I originally talked to Lin, who was very helpful, and after some back-and-forth with photographs, I talked to Derek. Again he was very helpful, and suggested a couple of things I should look for. These worked and I’m now happy with the outcome. The battery now fits well and is working well out on the golf course.

The Trolley and bag were given as a gift and I cant fault them in any way. The bag is perfect with loads of storage and fairly light. The trolley, GX1, is a life saver when it comes to playing the 10th on our course, Heartbreak Hill is an understatement and this makes it so much easier to walk up. The battery charges in no time at all, the trolley is easy to control and packs away nicely.
