Firstly, we'd like to apologise for the incorrect product imagery on our website. We appreciate this caused confusion, and we've acknowledged the error. That said, the product title and description did correctly describe the bag that was supplied.
As you're located outside mainland UK, we're unfortunately unable to generate a prepaid return label through our returns portal, which is limited to mainland UK addresses. We appreciate this wasn't ideal.
When you contacted us, we feel that we acted promptly to find a resolution. We offered to supply the bag you had intended to purchase at a reduced price, with the discount aimed at covering both the price difference and your return postage costs. Although you initially accepted this solution, you later decided not to proceed, which we completely respected. As soon as you requested a refund instead, we processed it without delay.
We're sorry the situation arose in the first place and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both our website and our service.
