second time not so good
This is the second time using Golfsavers and mostly went ok, Pandawa the driver spoke no english and his car was not clean, course and caddies great as always. Kuta club was ok the driver was a lot better and car was clean however the course had 4 temporary holes and a lot of works going on it felt disorganised at the course, the new waterfall hole is now open and stunning and challenging . If we had known about the works at Kuta we would have played Pandawa twice instead.
We didn't get any what's app notices from the drivers either days where as Heni last year was amazing messaged day before reminder for pick up. We only got a notification from Golfsavers 2 days before our first round and that was it no reminder for the second course. this year was not as good as an experience as last May unfortunately.

Firstly, I’m pleased to hear that you enjoyed the courses overall, particularly the caddies, and that the new waterfall hole at Kuta impressed you — it certainly is a spectacular addition.
However, I’m very sorry that other aspects of the experience did not meet the standard you experienced last year.
Regarding Pandawa, we apologise that the driver did not speak English and that the vehicle cleanliness was not up to standard. This is not the level of service we expect from our transport partners, and we are addressing this directly with them.
With respect to Kuta, we understand your frustration about the temporary holes and ongoing works. We were not formally advised that this would significantly affect play, and had we known the extent of the disruption we would absolutely have informed you in advance so you could make an alternative choice, such as playing Pandawa twice. We will be raising this with the club to ensure better transparency going forward.
On the communication side, thank you for highlighting the WhatsApp issue. Normally our drivers contact guests the day prior to play, and we agree that proactive reminders — like you received from Heni last year — make a real difference. We will reinforce this procedure with our Bali operations team to ensure consistency. We also apologise that you did not receive a reminder before your second round; that is something we should have followed up on.
While I’m glad parts of the trip were enjoyable, I’m genuinely sorry that the overall experience did not match your previous visit. We very much hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence next time and deliver the seamless experience you expect from us.

Absolute exceptional satisfaction. Everything agreed upon was exactly according to plan. The drivers were punctual, very kind, and it was easy to arrange anything. The golf courses chosen were excellent. We have traveled with the company several times and everything always turned out excellently. Highly recommended.

Whilst travelling through Thailand Golfsavers provided an excellent service in securing tee times at quality golf resorts. Highly reccomend Blue Canyon in Phuket, two top quality 18 holes with superb clubhouse and facilities. In Pattaya can highly recommend Pattaya Country Club and Phoenix Gold Golf resort. Visit to Hua Hin
Service well run seeing we had no physical guide.
Airport pickup mobs of people trying to find my name on a collection of four poster areas looking for my name for connection.
The Standard Hotel excellent location excellent.
Golf courses Black mountain and Pineapple excellent
Springfield and the Palms good layout average at best condition.
Overall Hua Hin very good ...nice if could have flown into the local domestic airport `15 mins away instead of the 3hrs transfer from Bangkok.

With regard to the transfer from Bangkok, we completely understand your comment. Unfortunately, Hua Hin’s domestic airport currently has very limited scheduled commercial flights, and there are no regular services from Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi or Don Mueang).
If reliable Bangkok–Hua Hin flights were operating, we would absolutely offer that option — it would certainly make logistics easier. We continually monitor air access to the destination and will always recommend the most efficient routing available.

Simple, efficient and a real golf experience "saving" team. My booking with another service was rudely cancelled and Golfsavers came in to save the day, literally, finding me a tee time in Dubai within less than 72 hours on one of the best courses I played on.
