I wouldn’t do business with this company they’re fraudulent they’re advertising free shipping and then they turn around and charge you $10 shipping if it’s not over $100 order

I discovered Golf HQ not long ago - what a gem! Lots of good quality and unique products, great advice, super fast shipping if you order online (overnight!!!), great customer service (they sourced a product for me). also not a shop that will try and sell you anything - they really do care for your needs and requirements. I went on line at Walmart.com to look at TaylorMade Stealth Driver prices and thought what I was buying was a really good price even knowing new technologies will be out in the next couple months. After Golf HQ billed my credit card, was sent an e-mail that they had canceled my order due to a pricing error on their end. They have yet to issue a credit and though I incurred time in expense in testing a similar club at the PGA superstore, was told by the GM at Golf HQ that there's is nothing they can do.

I always come here to pick up on my new sport needs. My packages is always deliver on time packages safe and secure, my father told me about you guys and so far everything has been as expected, keep up the great work and standing in excellence.

Very poor website especially when looking for shoes. Customer service stinks. Prices are fair but the time to complete shopping is not worth it. Apparently they have a new website but LOST past clients information. Give me a break!

Recently ordered a pair of Adidas Tour 360 at a great price and to qualify for free shipping, I added a Titleist glove and a pair of socks to the order. The order shipped quickly but when it arrived only the shoes and socks were in the box. Contacted customer service twice but haven't received any disposition on whether or not they will issue a credit or ship a glove. At this point it's been 5 days and I really don't expect them to step up and rectify the situation. All in all it's a $20 glove and won't break the bank but I expected a little better effort especially with so many other golf companies on the internet that I will take my business to in the future. ***UPDATE*** Was contacted today by GolfHQ customer service, they are shipping the missing glove to me via UPS so I am ammending my review of them

Ordered a Christmas present Dec 21. It is now Jan 2 and it still hasn't even shipped. I was told 2-10 days and can't even get them to ship my item. Will never order from them again.

While looking for golf shoes the search engine on this site does not work to narrow down size and width very well . You have to check color (even when there is only one choice), then size to find out that what you are looking for is not available. Then go back to the main screen and pick the next choice and repeat. You may or may not find your size thru this hunt and peck method. Once you do, they ship out fast and deliver what they promise.
