Ordered a zip up hoodie for my son - never arrived. Contacted them via email and they respond with it will arrive shortly. I think they’re a scam company. So frustrating and they are just stealing peoples money.

I am a pensioner.
I ordered a golf gilet for my son costing just under £50.
It did not arrive and despite emailing the company I have had no response.
Their telephone number gets you nowhere.
How can a company just steal people’s money like this?

Awful service. Items are not suitable size wise. Won’t email back when asking to return items under 30 days policy. Keep replying to me asking what’s wrong with items when have already stated that they are too small. Best I got was that I have to keep items but they refund 20% of what I paid. This is unacceptable. Do not buy they are a scam company. And currently have a case open with klarana to get my money back

I ordered a sweatshirt which I haven’t received, they said they had posted it and offered a 20% credit as an apology.
I haven’t received either and now they’re not answering my emails.

Absolutely lawful company to deal with, ordered a hoodie on L and when it came is was like a child’s size, also the logo was not straight on the jumper, the number on the site does not ring out and when you send an email they get days later with a response that doesn’t make sense, I wanted a refund or exchange so I sent them about email and not heard anything back and had no refund, that was 2 weeks ago, absolutely disgusting service pleas do not use this company if you don’t want to waste money order from a professional business

Ordered a size xs hoodie for my daughter for Christmas. A size large was delivered which is unwearable. Contacted the company on several different occasions for an exchange with no response. I am now seeking advice through trading standards.

Please do not make the same mistake myself and others have made and stay well clear.

I had an extremely poor experience with GolfCai and would not recommend this company to anyone. They market themselves as a UK-based retailer selling premium branded goods, but this is far from the truth. The ralph lauren products I received were clearly fake, with poor-quality stitching and embroidery that was nowhere near the standard of authentic Ralph Lauren items. Despite charging premium prices, they deliver counterfeit goods, which is completely unacceptable.

Their customer service is equally abysmal. Emails go unanswered, their phone number is unresponsive, and they appear to deliberately avoid addressing legitimate concerns. Shipping was misleading as well—they claim to operate from london, UK, but my order was shipped by SF express, indicating it was from asia and most likely from China, which was never disclosed during the purchase.

This company operates like a scam, exploiting customers with deceptive practices. Save yourself the headache and avoid GolfCai at all costs!!!!

Zero stars if possible. Ordered, never received. Poor correspondence to a tracking that's near 20 days since order confirmation. Tracking shows 'delivered' which is untrue, and upon contacting the telephone number... it doesn't work. Resulting to email, they replied that the item is still with 'logistics'... Very disappointing.

Took nearly 3 weeks to receive ralph lauren hoodie, ordered an xl which doesn't fit and is very short, looks counterfeit too, tried ringing and emailing for an immediate return and getting no answer. Avoid at all costs

As other reviews have stated - the goods are either fake or horrible sizing.
I ordered a gilet which was about 2 sizes smaller than the size it should have been and when I tried to return, they offered 20% refund (and to keep the item) which I denied. They then offered 40% (and to keep the item) which I accepted for them to then ask me to return the item to a Chinese address which would cost more than the item itself. I stated I already accepted a 40% refund but they've not resorted to ignoring my emails.

Absolutely terrible! Do not buy from here! Ralph Lauren hoodie came. Blatantly fake! Such cheap material, and took ages to come! I’ve contacted to get return address, I emailed over a week ago, not getting anywhere! I’ve emailed multiple times in last week and not getting a response! Absolute scam! As per other customers have tried to return goods which are not true to size . According to website the offer refunds but clearly they don’t instead offering a gesture of partial refund 20%, yet legally I am entitled to be able to return for full amount. Now won’t reply back to emails !

Please, if you only ever read one review than make sure it’s this one. This company sells counterfeit products and take your money and only supply you with half of what you have ordered and even then the items are fake. I will be reporting them. Trust me, there are other companies around which were genuine. Sadly this isn’t one of them.

Cancelled my order 6 min later after it was placed. Did get email saying I can get only 80% price paid back as they started shipping label process. Does say in their website customer can get refund if order was cancelled within 2d. After several emails 2 weeks later and calling my bank I have managed to get my money back.
