Managed to get a response by phoning store and got order sorted for Christmas, think they took abit More on then they could manage but quality is amazing compared to these other cheap jewellers

Stay away don't shop here they took 370…

Stay away don't shop here they took 370 off me after they did a mould paid extra 50quid for 3 to 4 day delivery been phoning and just got ignored sent emails MSG's there social media accounts they been seen but don't reply anyone on here want it sorting email me and all info will be forwarded onto trading standards
AVOID AT ALL COSTS COWBOYS

Horrible website

Horrible website, i never got my ring i bought from the 2021 collection. I wrote to them several times and never got any information back. Never buy from this website.

THIEVES

Ordered with them and received the wrong product, of which the quality was very disappointing. When sent back to replace with the product I actually ordered I never received the item and never heard back from them again. My attempts to contact them were ignored.

Terrible service and product faulty

Terrible, wait a month for my order, zero decent communication and when did communicate was delays, excuses and lies. Gave me numerous despatch dates that weren’t fulfilled. Final excuse was doing a custom pendant to fit the chain i ordered, arrived and pendant didn’t fit chain. So yeah great custom job. Terrible experience won’t ever use or recommend

Really amazing customer service

Really amazing customer service. They went out of their way to make sure I had my impression done even with complications as I had travelled to get it done. Amazing product. And posted it to me as we were in Lockdown no hassle. 10/10 recommend.

Poor company

Ordered on the 2nd december to guarantee it will be here for Christmas it is the 23rd and I still haven’t had a response or reply to let me know WHEN or IF it has even been shipped. Will be demanding a refund but I doubt they will even respond to any of the numerous emails and DMs I have sent. Poor company with terrible customer service and untrustworthy
