Absolute cancer, good luck placing an order site doesn't work

I have over 20 different Goldshell machines. All work flawlessly. Deliveries are correct. I have been working with them for over 4 years and will continue to purchase their products.

Clear view of order status gives feeling that everything is in good hands.
So far no issues with equipment - I have bought two small minners(box versions). Both works good.
Quick response on a support requests makes this seller my trusted supplier.

So far I purchased 6 Gs box miners，they are for home mining，little heater in winter time. Easy set up and enjoy little crypto treat you got everyday. Stack the crypto，get involve to the web3.

Expidited service. Great open communication, great response time assisting me.

I purchased 4 Goldshell ST boxes, over time, from various sources to mine Starcoin. The 4th box failed and corrupted the other 3 boxes. I ordered 4 new control boards for these boxes, however the boards did not fix the issue, and I suspected were corrupted. Goldshell offered replacement boards: shipping at my cost, but no refund.

I ordered 4 new ST boxes,ánd was sent three, as this is all Goldshell had in stock. Goldshell, promised me a refund for the 4th box some weeks back, however, this is still to be paid.The three boxes were sent. I paid all fees and shipping as instructed. However, FedEx contacted me informing me that import fees of £100 needed paying. I paid this, and received my three boxes. I powered the boxes up, only to find they did not hash.

So, here is the catalogue of Goldshell errors:
1. Failed control boards
2. Unpaid money for unavailable 4th ST box
3. Three failed ST boxes
4. Extra FedEx import charges

The attitude of the call staff are insulting, unhelpful and unbending. I regret doing business with this company; will never be doing business with them in the future, and warn other people of their failings.

They just make me happy. Mining is life!

Ordering, paying where great. My package had a different name than mine on the label. This caused a delay in receiving my miner.

I ordered one CK-BOX II to Poland and it was delivered within 7 days. Package was not damaged. Great service :)

I bought 2 Goldshell watches recently. One for me and one for my daughter (she loves Dogecoin Doge) I really like the product. The watch is easy to setup and is nicely made. I crypto mine with about 20 Goldshell miners and like being able to see if they are online and can monitor profits.

Quick, easy, painless. Took about a week between purchase and sending and then courier has semi-regular tracking events. Miner itself is great for the price and stable at the speed it claimed after 3 days of constant running

Ordering process is straight forward and easy to use, kept up to date with all steps of the delivery and my order arrived in a timely manner. All in all a great service provided

I paid an additional 55 dollars for them to send me spare parts but they took a long time to dispatch, and to make matters worse they sent it by a courier who charged me an additional 40 dollars, a courier that takes a long time, Goldshell sends me a message saying that delivery has been confirmed, but to me I haven't received anything yet.

System powered up and worked good but i did find a screw and refastened at fisrt inspection.

Goldshell once again meets and exceeds expectations. Even with my payment error they were quick to fix the issue I caused. Got here from around the world quicker than some Amazon packages I order that are probably in some warehouse in my state. Probably my 10th or 11th order from them and they have delivered every single time, on time, as promised. Highly recommend the machines as well. Thanks to the hard working team at Goldshell!

Absolutely not customer friendly. They send me a broken unit. After contacting they will not provide a new one till I send the broken back one back on my costs. So you have to pay for they faulds. Horrible !!

I had a bad experience with Goldshell, after two months they sent me back my LB BOX miner without warranty seals and still broken, don't buy from this company as the after-sale support sucks, you will waste a lot of time with incompetent people

It works as expected. Shipping took about 2 weeks. Thanks guys.
