We understand your concerns regarding the drawdown limits and the recent performance of the EA. It's true that in May and June, we experienced some significant market volatility which led to hitting the stop-loss (SL) at 9% four times. However, despite these challenges, the EA managed to generate a 46% profit during those two months. Please find attached a screenshot of our live report during this period for reference https://imgur.com/a/qD0a5hJ.

We acknowledge that the market conditions were particularly challenging, and we are working diligently to adapt our strategy. The upcoming V3.9.3 version, set to be released this weekend, incorporates improvements to better handle the current market structure.

Regarding the risk and money management, the EA includes settings for controlling the equity stop. We recommend adjusting this to a level you are comfortable with, such as 9%, to allow sufficient room for the EA to recover. While the EA does use a smart martingale approach, it also employs hedging and other advanced recovery strategies to maximize profit. It's important to understand that achieving a return of up to 30% monthly inherently involves a certain level of risk.

"Warning: GOLDHITTER Bot Review - A Recipe for Financial Disaster!"

Over the past six months, I've experimented with various bots, and this one has been the most disappointing. Within just a week of use, it wreaked havoc on my account. Support is virtually non-existent; they only respond to emails after a significant delay of 3 to 4 days. Moreover, there's a glaring lack of documentation or setup guidance for the bot. The default settings, which they claim are optimal, actually perform poorly. Despite earning a modest $20 throughout the day, the bot swiftly loses $100 in a single trade. It's more akin to a martingale or gambling strategy rather than a reliable trading bot.

Adding to the frustration, when inquiring about setup assistance, they push for purchasing the pro version priced at around $1800. It's baffling why basic setup guidance isn't provided unless you opt for the source code version. My advice? Steer clear. Unless you're eager to gamble away your funds, this bot isn't worth the investment.

Regarding your response to comments:

Transitioning from a demo to a paid account often reveals the true performance of bots. Despite two years of experience with various robots, I found that purchasing the full version was necessary to access documentation and additional features. However, I'm skeptical about the bot's reliance solely on a martingale system. During sustained market downturns like the recent plunge in XAU, the bot's reckless trading behavior becomes evident, risking account devastation within seconds or minutes.

Despite the advice on trailing stops, my account suffered another blow today, losing $155. The bot's misguided long positions during XAU's downward spiral nearly wiped out my funds. Fortunately, I managed to salvage some through moderate recovery measures. Contrary to the optimistic figures shared, my initial $500 account dwindled to a mere $130, which I swiftly transferred to a more reliable bot account. The remaining $370 evaporated due to the recklessness of GOLDHITTER.

In essence, GOLDHITTER operates as nothing more than a martingale gamble, indiscriminately opening positions based on support and resistance levels and compounding losses with additional trades. Anyone considering this bot should be prepared to part ways with their funds. I'm willing to provide an MT4 report if necessary to illustrate the grim reality of its performance.

Hi Mashal Khan,

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that your experience with our product did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify several points:

1. **Initial Download and Documentation:**
- On 30/05 at 23:58, you downloaded the free trial version of our EA. The downloaded file includes the EA, a detailed document with all necessary information, and a manual video guide.

2. **Follow-Up Support:**
- On 31/05 at 14:18, we sent you an email with additional tips and instructions to help you start your trial week successfully.

3. **Purchase of Basic Plan:**
- On 03/06 at 13:54, after three days of using the free trial, you purchased the Basic Plan for $49 (during our sale period). If you experienced poor results, it is unclear why you would choose to upgrade to a paid version.

4. **Support Requests:**
- On 03/06 at 10:29, we received an email from a different address under a different name, inquiring about our Telegram channel and trailing feature.
- On 04/06 at 01:19, we responded with more tips and instructions, clarified that we do not have a Telegram channel but are working on a Discord channel, and reiterated that support is provided via email with a maximum 24-hour response time. The maximum waiting period you experienced was 15 hours.
- The trailing feature and certain parameters are exclusive to our Pro and Business plans, as we continually optimize these based on market changes. The Pro plan costs $389, not $1800, and the Business plan, which includes source code, is $1890.

5. **Repeated Email:**
- On 04/06 at 10:15, you resent the same email from a different address and name. We responded again, ensuring all your inquiries were addressed.

6. **Failed Upgrade Attempt:**
- On 07/06, we received a notification of a failed transaction for an upgrade to the Advanced Plan for $189.

Throughout your trial and paid period (30/05 to 07/06), our EA achieved a 6% profit with a 0.99% drawdown and a profit factor of over 6, indicating a successful performance.

For further details, including proof of our communication and EA performance during this period, please visit https://nemmalafx.my.canva.site/prove

**Note:**
- Please verify the email addresses you used and ensure you read our communications carefully. The initial balance recommended is $2000, not $500. With the default settings, the EA uses less than half of the balance, approximately $250, which is a very low balance to start with. We urge you to read our manual thoroughly before using our bot.

- If our EA was truly as problematic as you describe, it raises the question of why you upgraded to a paid version shortly after starting the trial and attempted another upgrade today some hours before this feedback!

We encourage potential users to try the EA themselves with our free week trial and make their own judgment.

Best regards,
Gold Hitter V3.9 Support

Excellent support and very prompt to

Excellent support and very prompt to. Leave the expert on default settings and let it do its magic. The few losses were a dollar or less, very impressive. I would recommend the Pro version for most users, giving you 10 live accounts and unlimited demo accounts on MT4. There is Business version that gives you unlimited live and demo as well as the source code, great if you trade as a propriety group. All models include a free lifetime upgrade and if you get in quickly you can take advantage of the 75% introductory discount,
