I was very wary when ordering this item but I was convinced by some of the reviews however I did notice there were a few mentions that as soon as an order was placed your item was suddenly out of stock. Sure enough that's exactly what happened , there were supposedly 10 items in stock but as soon as I place the order it suddenly became out of stock .I'm very glad I paid by PayPal and I've gone for a refund. This company does seem unreliable and a possible scam.

In this particular case, the product you ordered was My Prostate, which was an exceptional situation for us. The product had only recently been launched and sold out far more quickly than we could have anticipated. The demand was unexpectedly high, and unfortunately our stock information and availability did not update quickly enough to reflect the situation. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused.
We would also like to clarify that the payment method would not affect your right to a refund. If you had requested a refund directly from us, we would have processed it regardless of whether you paid by PayPal, card or another available payment method. There is no need to open a PayPal case in order to receive a refund from us.
We understand your concerns and are sorry that this experience affected your confidence in us. We are working on improving our stock management and processes to prevent situations like this from happening again.
