I am extremely disappointed with Golden…

I am extremely disappointed with Golden Panda casino.
I requested a withdrawal of €8,000. After waiting, they returned €4,000 back to my account, claiming there was an “error.” I accepted that, and the remaining €4,000 was supposedly sent to my bank.
It’s been over two weeks — I have not received any money, and Golden Panda refuses to provide any proof of the transfer.
I contacted support multiple times. They keep saying:
“The money was sent”
“You need to check with your bank”
“Send us your bank statement”
This is completely unacceptable. If the money was really sent, they should provide a transaction ID, payment confirmation, or SWIFT code — but they haven’t.
Instead, they ask me to prove that I didn’t receive the funds — which is not how this works.
This seems like a delay tactic or possibly an attempt to avoid payment altogether.
I am warning other players to be very careful. A trustworthy casino should never act like this.
If I don’t receive my €4,000 and proper payment confirmation, I will continue posting this complaint on other platforms and report it to gambling dispute sites.

It is not possible to close the…

It is not possible to close the account. I was able to register as a german residence and also to withdraw. Normally they stated that it is not possible, when your land has restrictions. They dont have a german license and therefore I want my refunds back, especially after having sent a Mail for closure. But you only did that for a few hours. My addicition did lead me to play more. Not good If you are not able to stop yourself in excluding yourself from the site. Please send me my refund.

During this period, I continued playing and experienced significant stress and concern over my losses, feeling effectively trapped in the casino environment.

After reviewing information on AskGambler, I discovered that Golden Panda does not hold a valid gambling license recognized in Germany. As a result, any gambling activity on your platform is illegal under German law, and transactions, losses, and winnings cannot be considered legally binding.

Given these circumstances, I request:

A refund of €1,100, representing my net losses.
A confirmation that my account is permanently closed.
I have attached my previous account closure request for reference and ask that this matter be resolved promptly, without the need for legal action.

This website is perhaps the most questionable gambling website I've ever spent money on.

When I registered, I was given a €200 bonus on top of my €100 deposit. I used the bonus money to make a profit of €800 and another €770. At the end of the story, when I tried to cash out, they took all the money from my account. They even had an outstanding bet of €300. They claimed I'd gone over the €5 limit during the bonus. This is completely untrue, and I would not advise anyone to join this website. What's happening there is truly unfair.

I will definitely not remove this review until this issue is resolved.

Dont get withdraw afer verified kyc, and blocked my user!

Do not register with this casino and definitely do not deposit any money! They are scammers.

I deposited €20 and won €188. When I requested a withdrawal, they rejected it and asked me via email to submit KYC documents. I sent the documents, and when I tried again, the system accepted them. But just 30 minutes later, I was suddenly unable to log in – my account was locked.

After that, I received an email saying my account was verified and that they had sent my money. But I never received anything (in crypto). I wrote to them again to explain that I did not receive the funds and that I still could not log in. They ignored me at first, then later replied that I had “violated their terms and conditions” – but they never explained how.

I checked online and found many complaints from other players who experienced exactly the same issue. I want to connect with others who had the same problem, because I will report this casino on every possible public platform and to their licensing authority. This is unacceptable!

Scam horrible

This site is a total scam—avoid at all costs! I won money, but withdrawing it has been a nightmare. It takes over 10 days to process withdrawals, with no clear updates or communication. The whole operation feels rigged, and I suspect they’re deliberately holding funds. Save yourself the trouble and don’t sign up. I’m done with gambling after this shady experience!

VIP department

Im player of Golden Panda more than half year. In that time I deposit over 100k€ with some winnings of course but still, big minus. They told me about VIP program which I can use so I got some bonus offers but that was just at begin.

Right now I don't get anymore anything interesting so this is how they treat VIP players who leave already that big money at their casino. Whats the point for me to play more if you don't care about players anymore.
