I was assisted by Jacob who is based in the Barangaroo office. From the outset, he explained everything to me thoroughly and guided me through the process each step along the way. His easy-going manner made him instantly approachable, and his warm, and courteous attitude made him a pleasure to deal with. It's not too late!
I'm 63 and didn't have any life insurance due to an oversight. I've been upset as I wanted to be able to leave some cash gifts to family members if anything happened to me, but figured it was too late because of my age. I'm delighted to have found Golden Insurance. I now have a decent policy for a reasonable price.
My customer service officer was just lovely - very helpful and she didn't rush me to make any decisions which I really appreciated.
