After 4 orders, totalling over a grand, I would say this place is awesome - my single source. Great product, great pricing!

After order #5, $500+, THEY STOLE MY MONEY, DIDNT SHIP MY PRODUCT, AND REFUSED TO ANSWER EMAILS.

SCAM. AVOID LOKE THE PLAGUE.

I will be reporting to BBB and my freind/neighbor with the DEA. I give it 3 months before the public is aware of your horrible business practice and you are likely closed down for your shady business malpractice.

Got my order with everything I wanted. No issues and will be ordering again.

so i want to start this off with saying my order has been shipped and no not just a shipping label printed but the package actually received by usps. it took 9 days but after usps received it its says it should be here by the 25th. I will come back and edit once i receive what i ordered but until then they are getting a solid 2, only because i think some people jumped the gun by saying they were scammed.

Products are ok but there business model is doo doo. Tried to use a coupon they sent me ended up making the thing more expensive than normal. No cancel button, sent an email. After 4 days and multiple emails one said they would cancel it when I asked about my refund, radio silence. All they would say is follow the refund process. I look into it and they seem to not refund discounted products, but every item they sell is discounted. At this point all I get are automated or AI responses with no idea if I’ll be screwed out 180 bucks and also have another order in for 140 with it just waiting to fulfill for 4 days now. They might be the cheapest but I see why now cuz they make their money back by screwing the consumer and leaves us with virtually no way to do anything about it.

Placed a order 6/10 with priority shipping and it is now 6/18 and i still have no update on my order. I emailed them and get a automated reply and no answers. Last time i do business with this pathetic company

Customer Service Doesnt Respond. My last order took 2 weeks. When they sent me my product, the product was weakn, brown and had alot of seeds. Dont waste your time with this company. I will not buy here again.

Most of my order is missing and support isn’t responding after a month of waiting with multiple follow up emails I sent. Pretty sure I just got scammed, disputing it with my bank now…

Awful, first time went well, second time lost package GHH nor PO would take responsibility,3rd declined order, 4th, 3days later still waiting on order to be filled,still waiting on response from customer service. Last time I use this place.

Terrible company. My wholesale order was processing for 2 weeks and when it arrived all of the products were broken. Offered to send a replacement and haven’t heard about it in a month and a half. Wouldn’t recommend.

Literally the worst flower Ive ber paid for. They did us good for about a year. Then randomly send us one of the worst products I've ever seen. Brown, dry, seeds, stems. Its just old dried up grass, lol. Hopefully they'll make it right.

well placed an order about a month ago and it got pick up bye the postal service law enforcement. and ever since than Golden hour has trip over them self. they said i was going to get a new order but its 10 day now and still now and their customer service is a ( -5 Stars ) all over 60 dollars they do not care (BUYER BEWARE)

I placed an order on the morning of June 2nd. Like any customer, I was excited and a little impatient, so I checked the status the very next day. On June 3rd, the order still showed:

"To be processed – Your order is waiting to be processed."

That was the exact moment I started worrying.

I sent two emails and received nothing but automated responses. Then I checked Trustpilot and discovered that this company has a 3.1-star rating, with many complaints specifically about slow shipping and poor customer service. Some customers reported waiting up to two weeks for their orders.

At that point, I decided I didn't want to take that risk and tried to cancel my order. The problem? The system would not allow me to cancel it, even though it had not been processed or shipped. Once you place an order, you're apparently stuck with it.

Shortly afterward, I received an apologetic email stating:

"Please give us another 24–48 hours max to get your order out."

Well, guess what? That message was sent three days ago.

Today is June 8th. It has been six days since I placed my order, and it still has not shipped.

What makes this even more frustrating is that we are located in the same state, only about five hours apart.

Delays happen. I understand that. What I don't understand is making promises you don't keep and leaving customers with little to no communication.

Potential customers, please be aware: based on my experience, this company does not keep its word regarding shipping timeframes.

Shame.

I ordered 6 days ago and it still has a waiting fulfillment on the status and I know it don't take that long to make Rosin takes maybe a day or two

I have purchased from these folks 4 times and have been extremely pleased with everything. The product is exactly as advertised and the prices are unbeatable. The orders are filled and shipped quickly and the packaging is top notch. Plus a free gift. Win win

These guys used to be incredible. Though recently my opinion has changed. I ordered through them on May 22nd, . My package got stuck or lost in transit nearly a week ago now and I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for several days and I’ve received no response back from them. I know some companies aren’t quick with responses, but I’ve been a customer of these guys for over a year. Their customer support has ALWAYS responded within 24 hours. This delay is out of the ordinary for them. I do hope they rectify my issue soon or I’m gonna have to dispute the charge. It seems that with legal hemp going away in a few months, many companies seem to be dropping like flies and leaving all their customers who placed an order in limbo.

Still no response from them. At this point,
I believe they are engaged in an exit scam with hemp becoming illegal in 4 months.

My first purchase. Arrived exactly on time matter of fact it was a day early.

Made another purchase. Should be getting it today, arrived at my post office this morning around 4:30.

Then..... I purchased an empty cart/bought a syringe with distalate. Fill your own cart.
Am excited to try this one.

They also have budget friendly options on OZ'S. ID say $45 to $50 an oz. Also got more expensive flower. I have a 3 year old.
So I always buy budget friendly options.

Last place I was shopping with, I had 79 orders. Then they fell off the face of the earth. JK DISTRO. EACH PURCHASE was an ounce or two. Weekly. Then they went ghost.

I found this place, I'm hooked
Not one bad experience.
I understand it takes time to process an ship.
I'm not the only person ordering. Be patient.
