poor customer service
I received shoes that didn’t match the photo. After contacting customer service, it turned out that the shoes in the photo didn’t exist. The color of the laces and the logo on the tongue of the shoes didn’t match at all. I didn’t want to return the shoes since I couldn’t get the original shoes from the photo anyway. But I would have liked to receive that pair of laces or another pair of laces to compensate for this mistake. After a long back-and-forth, it turned out that I could only get the laces if I first bought something else on the site, but the laces are literally the cheapest item on the site, so I would have to spend at least 70 euros for my “free” laces. To be clear, Golden Goose hadn’t noticed their mistake, because it wasn’t until after I contacted them about the incorrect photos that the original photos were removed from the site. I received the useless customer service from Vlada.

HORRIBLE BRAND AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
My experience ordering from the Golden Goose website was extremely frustrating. It seemed like no one in customer service had access to accurate information about my order. Every time I contacted them, I received different answers, and nobody appeared able to provide a clear update or resolution.
The entire ordering and tracking process felt outdated and disorganized, almost as if the system they use is old and disconnected from their customer support team. For a luxury brand charging premium prices, I expected a much more professional and transparent experience. What should have been a simple online purchase turned into a confusing and time-consuming process. Based on my experience, Golden Goose needs to invest in better systems and improve communication between its departments. I would be hesitant to order directly from their website again. Also Customer service promised to send me a pair of free laces as a gesture of goodwill. However, after my order was canceled again, they told me they could no longer provide the laces. When I called to ask if they could still send them, I was informed that I would need to place a new order , which would be third one before they could do so. This felt unreasonable, especially considering the problems I had already experienced.
