Poor customer service
I ordered items online and ran into some issues with the order details and delivery process. Customer service were extremely slow to respond to inquiries, taking a few days to respond to each message I sent. This is very poor service considering the amount of money customers are spending on the products.

I'm changing my mind about the brand
I'm changing my mind about the brand. I've had several models, and almost every one had something wrong with them. The soles of some were coming apart, the leather was cracking, and so on. I have one pair that I've worn for two years, and nothing has happened to them. Whenever there's been a problem, the company hasn't refunded my money. Now, when the leather cracks at the fold of the shoe after a few uses, the quality department says it's normal. I've never heard of such a thing. The brand prides itself on handmade shoes and being a luxury product. In my opinion, the quality of the products is poor. 80% of my purchases have been damaged after a short period of use. However, until now, I've been satisfied with the after-sales service and believed I'd found a pair that wouldn't crack after wearing them ten times. The defect has nothing to do with the aging of the shoes. I probably won't buy them again. Then there's the long email response time.

On May 2nd
On May 2nd, first, we went to your store at Zorlu Shopping Center, but their service was very poor. Even though the store wasn't busy, we saw three staff members — one was serving another customer, but we had no idea what the other two were doing in the back. They were even chatting and laughing, not working seriously. Moreover, when we first entered the store, there was no greeting, no 'good morning', and no 'welcome'. So we went to Emmar Shopping Center instead. We cannot pay for such service, nor spend money under such disrespectful treatment.
At your Emmar store, there were also three staff members. When we entered, they still didn't say 'welcome'. However, a few minutes after we entered, when other customers came in, they did say 'welcome'. When I asked to try on items, they did help. Later, when we requested to add pictures and designs to the shoes, a female staff member provided very good assistance. If they hadn't given us the proper help while trying on the shoes, I still would not have made a purchase. But the three staff members at the Zorlu store had a very poor attitude and provided no service at all.

I have three pairs GG sneakers
I have three pairs GG sneakers. I bought my first pair 9 years ago. I bought the men’s all white leather Ball Star, not distressed - and straight white. These shoes are so well made that after 9 years they look like a 6 month to 1 year old pair. A little leather cleaner and new laces every 2-3 years is all it takes. They are still the most comfortable and appealing sneakers I’ve bought. A great investment!
