I contacted Golden Concept regarding a strap that did not fit my watch case. The case was purchased in November 2023 and is still in exceptional condition, which truly reflects the high quality and craftsmanship of the brand.
What impressed me most was the service: I received a personal response within 30 minutes, even in the evening. The team immediately confirmed the issue and offered an outstanding solution — the correct strap was provided free of charge, I was allowed to keep the original one, and I only had to cover the shipping costs. Effortless, generous, and highly professional.
Everything about Golden Concept feels premium, right down to the smallest details. Even the packaging itself is a true “wow” experience, perfectly aligned with a high-end luxury brand.
This is exactly how a luxury brand should operate: flawless products, exceptional service, and real attention to the customer. I will without hesitation continue purchasing from Golden Concept in the future.

Best solve problem!
First of all, I would like to thank the company for such a high level of customer service. They truly satisfy the needs of clients in any controversial situation. They respond quickly and offer a solution in favor of the client. I ordered a watch strap and unfortunately it turned out to be a manufacturing defect and they were happy to send me a new strap or give me a refund. As a result, I can safely say that they are one of the few who really provide service at the level and through actions and not just words.

Golden Concept, great products and impressive service
Regular customer by Golden Concept for some years, I received last Friday the new ordered iPhone case. For once it did not suit perfectly. I contacted the after sales service at 12h30. At 15h30, feedback from the service: the wrong case was delivered. A new case was already on my way and all docs for returning the wrong delivery was annexed. Today on Monday I got the new one, suiting perfectly. Impressive. Golden Concept is not only selling exceptional products in amazing quality, they also offer a top service quality when (sometimes), an error happens. Hat’s up for the team.

In my experience this business is an absolute scam! I bought the iPhone Case / RST17 - Magnetic Shield Alligator Edition - Matte Orange. It looks good, but from functionality it is an absolute junk. The magnet does not hold and case can easily detach from the phone which renders the case useless. I had specifically had requested assurance that the case would fit snug and protect the phone, and customer service made misrepresented. I requested return, but customer service alleged item was in used condition, when in fact it was never used and was only tested on one phone, which confirmed this was a useless and overpriced iPhone case.
Update: As Golden Concept’s response indicates they will come up with every fabricated and false excuses to not honor a valid return. My advice DO NOT buy their overpriced junk. I have filed a credit card dispute as dealing with their customer service is a waste of time.

However, as clearly stated before the return, all items must be unused and in original condition. Unfortunately, the product was received back used and deeply scratched, which made it impossible for us to process a refund.
To ensure complete fairness, we even opened a formal investigation with DHL to verify whether any damage could have occurred during transit.
Please note that all our cases are individually tested before shipping, and when we received your item back, we re-tested its magnetic connectivity — it met Apple’s original standards exactly as described. The product therefore functions as advertised in both protection and performance.
We truly regret that this situation could not be resolved as you wished. Golden Concept has always aimed to provide exceptional service and premium craftsmanship, and we remain committed to treating every customer with respect, honesty, and fairness.
