I’ve still not Even received my order yet, said they send it but not got it, so at the moment not good

Great customer service, would recommend.

Really poor customer service. Not had any communication about my online order which was placed over 1 week ago. I’ve sent a chase-up email and have had no response at all. Still waiting to receive my order. Very poor customer experience. Not happy at all.

I placed an order with Goldenacrewines, the money was taken from my credit card. I received an email to inform me that the age check had been verified however since then nothing. I have emailed them directly, enquiring about my order, I've messaged them on messenger and no one has acknowledged my emails. I will not be shopping with them again and will ask my credit card provider to look into this.

I have ordered from here maybe 10 times I always order on a Wed and delivery on a Fri like clock work considering I live in England that works for me hopefully this will continue

The lack of information and the obstacles put in the way of speaking to anyone. My order was made as they gave approx delivery of 3-5 working days and as I didn’t need it earlier it was fine but 8 days after ordering it was “processing” and I couldn’t get any information and had to buy something else for the gift this was meant for. The one thing that was quick was taking payment and sending 6 emails on the day of order. I tried to send an email but it was sent back as it was “in error”. There are so many good businesses, but this one lacks any interaction with customers unless they are buying after that they don’t want to know and give you no updates so you can’t plan anything. Not the way to do business. UPDATE I’ve just done my review and unbelievably 2 hours later an email from them asking how I rate the product ordered but as above have never received. I will update if I ever get my refund. Don’t ever buy from this company. I have to say they are the WORST company I’ve ever had to deal with or should I say ignored by. UPDATE They have refunded me today which I’m surprised about but it is the one positive in a miserable experience.

Whisky very well packed and very quick delivery.

They seem to have a good selection of hard-to-find products, which was what i was looking for that can, mostly, only be found in local shops.

Came quickly and in good condition too; definitely shopping here again as long as they have what I am looking for.

I placed an order in the middle of July which still hasn't arrived. Poor response by email and also when I spoke to a man who said he would look into the order and get back to me. Still waiting for an update, I will report to credit card company for a charge back.

Reasonable priced goods.
Emails received to update on progress of order.
Order received as advised.

Ordered two bottle of Gelnifiddich 12&15 years old unique old solero which is displayed on their webiste.
Received two bottles of Solero whom I can buy it from any high street supermarket at chepear price.
I emailed them no reply contacted them they refused to return it.

Completly scam

Ordered on 13 July. Followed up with them on 17 and 20 July as no update on my order status, despite meant to ship within 48-hours. Got a relative to phone them on 20 July and the man that answered was apparently in India. He said they didn't have the stock and would arrange a refund. I emailed to confirm the refund and still no response. Item still shows on their website (24 July) so either they have stock but couldn't be bothered or they don't have stock but are still taking orders for it.
Not convinced I'll get a refund but we'll see
