Account closed for alleged ‘duplicate…

Account closed for alleged ‘duplicate account’ (T&Cs 3.3/3.4) after a withdrawal request of ~€2,900. I have only one Goldbet account, passed KYC (including live face check), and no one else in my household has a Goldbet account. I repeatedly asked for evidence; none was provided. I’m happy to update this review if Goldbet engages and resolves.

I got banned after I made a withdrawal…

I got banned after I made a withdrawal of 990 euros and I got the following message:

Any other accounts that are opened on the Website will be considered as 'Duplicate Accounts.' You must not attempt to open a Duplicate Account, including by providing false or alternative credentials. 3.4 We reserve the right to cancel bets, reject bonuses of any kind, cancel participation in any promotion, as well as permanently ban any customer from the bonus / promotion program of the Website at our sole and absolute discretion in case you opened Duplicate Account. The Company reserves the right to apply some or all above measures or not apply some of measures against Duplicate Accounts in particular cases at its sole and absolute discretion.

1. I'm fully verified, so you cannot say that I am using fake names
2. I've made deposits and did not get banned during them
3. The suspected duplicate account is not mine. I told my friend about your casino, and he created an account while he was at my home using my WiFi. After that, I received messages that I have a Duplicate account, and I told him not to use that account. I wrote you an email on 30.07 to deactivate his account, as I don't want to interfere with mine.
