Bought voucher in November ,a Xmas present from company who you can't contact directly,been on to gogroopie constantly still not received item I bought and still not received reply from gogroopie,can't seem to get item or refund,a con company will never use them again 29

reasonable sale price. I ordered Dec 3 and received the product Dec 21. Delayed shipping but I received the product.

I had to put at least 1 star here. Not a customer but want to flag something to warn users. I got an email from gogroopie with a stylish jacket. Manufactured or sold by pollyjoy. Their reviews are abysmal. About 20 jackets from pollyjoy on gogroopie but only one on pollyjoy site, and not the one from the email. I think it's hit and miss depending on item and area of residence but I will never be a customer. I read it as you buy the voucher find the item is no longer available and so many give up trying for a refund so the firm(s) pocket your cash.

Useless don't bother,I ordered a coat then it redirected me to another site where I had to pay postage and never received my coat,customer service is crap if I could have given 0 stars I would.

repeat everything else that's been written. bought an item for £36 + postage. Never arrived. No contact from the actual seller. GoGroopie customer service just keep telling me to wait for a response. been over 3 weeks now. This feels like a genuine fraud site.

Don't buy Bluetooth earbuds. I was charged £4.95 for delivery, when the actual delivery cost was half of that. The 1st time of using showed clearly that the earbuds were faulty, as they only stayed charged for 1 hour on low volume podcast listening. I asked to return the faulty item and was given a long list of reasons claiming there was no fault. I knew the item was faulty and was then given a long list of their requirements for a return delivery. I paid £3.99 for 24 hour Royal Mail Tracked delivery. The item was tracked as received by them on 16 November, but they did not acknowledge any return. I have emailed all the tracking information, proof of pick up and delivery to them. They drag the return process out as long as possible, so that you are likely to be out of time to receive a refund Overall they make it as difficult as possible and do not comply with UK Law for online sales of faulty goods, which states the seller must reimburse the buyer for all delivery and return costs of faulty items. They say within their terms and conditions the buyer will not be reimbursed for return postage, but this is not legal in UK.

I don’t know how I ended up on GoGroopie mailing list but somehow I have. With every unwanted email I click the unsubscribe link and get told I have been unsubscribed. However, more and more emails turn up from them. Please stop!

If I could give zero stars I would.

The order that I put in, I wanted to complain about, the complaint went to the unreputable company, who has said its within the 14 day delivery, so I suggested it was within the 14day cancellation period. They say that no, once sent, is not able to be cancelled.
The product was for my fathers birthday, did not arrive in time, I had to purchase a second present.
Can't cancel, can't get refund, can't get product within 14 days, GoGroopie should be ashamed of yourselves for advertising companies from China and not stating so.
Then to trust the british public to a company (oberoriz) who is known to scam hundreds, how could they?

Daylight SCAMMERS This is what i can call Gogroopie
After reading all the notices about these theives. My order ordered and paid for a unlocked Nokia Lumia 650 used mobile Phone.I have all the e mails from Gogroopie all the promises the maid. I will wait till the end of this week as it is 55 days since my order and I will get the e mails from Francesca Barker and Bethen Willson the Sales adminstrators and pass my e mails with their orders and promises over to PAYPAL

I purchased the unisex waterproof jacket at £19.99. I asked for the colour Blue in the 2XL size. The coat came after approximately 14 days. To my surprise, it was Red! And in the L size. Totally wrong . Although it had a small label in the collar saying L. I doubt it wouldn't fit a small person. When you try and find out how to get it returned, it's a minefield of hoops to jump through. I complained to customer services, and got no reply. These people are selling items coming from China. My advice is give them a wide birth. Don't use them. I wish I had read these reviews before I bought. Complete con artists.

Now because of there system. You don't get a photo of the order with your order details on, so it is impossible to ask for a refund.

They sent me fake air pods. They're not bad for £15 but still 1 star for lying about them being air pods 🤣🤣

I ordered a 5XL Harrington Jacket for a friend. The jacket I received from Forefront Trading was clearly marked up incorrectly as the sleeves were nearer his elbows than his wrists and the back of it was halfway up his back. (More like a Small or medium).
I contacted GoGroopie who told me to send it back but as it was not damaged I had to pay the postage. (Despite it not being the correct size ordered!)
This I duly did over 2 weeks ago. I sent it back tracked. It cost me £9.45 to send back defective goods, to 205 Kings Road, B112AA as advised by GoGroopie. Nothing further heard. No funds returned. MINUS TEN *

GoGroopie has some excellent offers and if they are delivered it is a great site .... but pay by PayPal to at least recover the cost of your order when it does not arrive and be aware any postal charges might be difficult to recover. I add these comments from experience

If it was possible to review with a negative star rate then that is what I would have done. This company has no comprehension on the morality of treating customers as the bread and butter of their business. They in fact go out of their way to be obtuse uncaring and facilitate the negative actions of their vendors. Blatantly sent me wrong item then had audacity to demand I send photos of incorrect item. They said “ the photo in the advert means nothing in relation to what they chose to send.” Avoid AVOID AVOID

Should not give them a star. I paid 7 pound for a mysterious brand of sunglass but received a defected Scout brand one. Not to expect a Ray Ban but when you issue any no brand, at least they should work!!!!!! Dont send out rubbish!!!!!!!

I have tried repeatedly to get a credit for £20 for a mega box suppied by J Star sent back for credit on 18/05/23 This has been going on since May. unable to contact them by phone or any reply from e-mail and letter to office in Wales.

As with all the other feedback left for this outfit now is your time to take heed of it. It is an out and out scam. You might as well fling your money down the street. Their normal MO is to send you nothing but if you’re one of the lucky one’s then you may just receive a whole load of garbage.
