Your enrollment is very deceiving

Your enrollment is very deceiving; you say one thing to make it sound real so people will sign up. Then you go ahead and change things so people have to pay more for less.

The first driver never showed up they…

The first driver never showed up they had to send a second driver and I was 30 minutes late. Hopefully it will be better than next time.

This company continues to charge my card.

This company continues to charge my card although I was out of state and use their service one time. I've contacted them several times to remove me from their billing from their emails from their text messages and have not gotten response. Other than oh, we'll do that and it has not been done. Bad service takes advantage of elders. I've spoken with them several times to remove me and they keep saying there's nothing they can do so they keep charging me for services I've not use, this is why online stuff doesn't work especially for us older people. Please remove me and do not use this service. Bad service. very dishonest.so I have been charged 29.99 for something I don't use in another State. Very displeased and I feel taken advantage of.

I've never had any real problems with…

I've never had any real problems with this company. Yes every once in a while the drivers go to the wrong place to pick me up. The drivers might cancel on me. But I'm always guaranteed a ride as soon as they find me another driver. The people I talk to are always kind. Always asking me if they can do anything else for me. All in all I'm so grateful for finding this company to help me get around. Two thumbs up 👍👍 Karen

My name is Charles Wilson

My name is Charles Wilson. The error and misunderstanding withGoGoGrandparent was on me. On 5/I/26 I thought I was being charged unfairly and I was not. I do apologize for my impatient assumptions without first verifying them. I will call today to express my apology and to renew my membership if it's been cancelled. This company went out of its way to try and settle the issue fairly but I became very defensive and thought they were trying to take advantage of a 77 year old senior citizen. It was quite the opposite! I do highly recommend GoGo Grandparent for any travel help and assistance needs.

I’m thankful for finding Go Go…

I’m thankful for finding Go Go Grandparent for my transportation needs.
I always have had a positive experience with Go Go.
Their telephone operators are always very pleasant & efficient in making sure I get my ride on time.
I feel safe with their identification system when letting you know the make & model, color of the car, last 3 letters of the marker plate & drivers name. Very good system, especially today with all the crime in this day & age.
The drivers cars are always very clean, & the drivers are always very professional.
And their system of letting their customers have an account & pay via their charge cards is another plus as well.

Hi, Grateful 🙏

Hi, what made my experience great is that both of the drivers were kind and awesome. The driver who picked me up from the grocery store, kindly opened the back of the SUV so that I could put the groceries in the back of the SUV. He also helped me. While I was waiting for the Uber Go-Go driver, a "look-alike" vehicle pulled up. I called Uber back and spoke with Joan who was so nice too. She stayed on the line until the Uber driver arrived. When I got home after unpacking my groceries, I called Uber and spoke with Ruel who was also kind and professional. I advised Ruel how awesome, the two drivers and Joan were. Also, Ruel was awesome, too. Thank you so much 😊.

Do not use this service

Do not use this seevice. They have no consideration for life changes and will not refund even a part of a prepaid membership. In addition, they "open a case" for a supervisor to call you back to discuss and it does not happen. I now have to be sure that they do not try to automatically renew this account.

My mom ended up walking home after appointment.

Update: I appreciate the quick and thoughtful response from GoGo. Without going into a bunch more detail, I am happy the company has forwarded part of the problem to their engineering department. I still am curious about how drivers are vetted and how the system could work with a landline; but that’s not specific to this situation. Also, I realize my mom could have called a cab or Lyft herself, but she didn’t. She has never needed to ask for rides or rely on her cellphone, so this is all new to her. Thank you again for your quick response and detail related to her specific situation.

I set this service up for my 86 year old mom, who just recently had to stop driving. She used it for the first time yesterday, and ended up walking over a mile home, with her walker, after just receiving a painful eye injection.

The first driver picking my mom up after her appointment cancelled. When my mom called back, she was told the price had increased. This upset her, she was already stressed, started crying, and hung up (I am paying this for her). GoGo did not call back.

This is just my mom’s experience, but for a company whose goal is to provide safe rides for seniors, and peace of my mind to their family members, they dropped the ball on this.

A couple of comments: The website states that the drivers are vetted. When I asked how the Uber and Lyft drivers were vetted, the person on the phone didn’t seem to know what I was talking about, which wasn’t reassuring. Perhaps some more training is needed for their phone reps. Also, how are the drivers vetted?
The website also states that you can use their service even if you just have a landline, but I couldn’t figure out that works . What if you’re grocery shopping and don’t know when you’ll be ready to be picked up?

I’m writing all of this because the thought of my elderly mom walking home in the afternoon Florida sun ( at least it wasn’t the middle of summer) breaks my heart. I thought I was doing something to help her.

I know this service seems to work well for most seniors, didn’t go so well for my mom.

We reviewed the account and looked into the pickup location. We found that the business has multiple entrances and multiple mapped locations, which appears to have contributed to difficulty locating the correct pickup point. We have forwarded this information to our engineering team for review.

We have also added that specific address as one of your mother’s preferred saved locations to help avoid similar issues in the future. If there are any other locations she uses often, please feel free to contact us by phone or through Facebook Messenger, and the team member assisting with this review will be happy to help add them to the account as well.

In addition, we have forwarded this case to the team lead for review of how the call was handled so we can continue improving how these situations are supported.

We have requested a supervisor callback, and a member of our team will reach out to the phone number ending in 1252. If they are unable to reach her, they will leave a message. She is also welcome to call us anytime and ask to speak directly with a supervisor. HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE! CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called to find out about this service and if they cover the area I am looking to move to and how much and how, just to get a quick Idea. The woman had a strong accent and I could not hear her because of that, she then became very age discriminatory towards me. How rude, I do not recommend this service to anyone, it seems like a scam!
