I ordered knitwear items in their sale and none have arrived. This was in January 14th.Would not recommend this firm.

My journey of your bus name GOGOBUS also jairam classic very bad experience ever , there a jairam classic's bus men who control bus at babughat bus stand kolkata to Bokaro
he told me change my seat number 4 because he said he cut my name number 4 seat and also rude behavior & bus start 1 hr late stopped every where like local bus and reached 2 hour late so I am sorry I never book gogobus jairam classic again

Amazing people! Higly recomended
Apart from being on time, super kind and having a beautiful ambiance onboard and with the crew, I personally had an issue.
I forgot my phone on the bus and emailed the same night about it. They helped me on the spot and the second day a kind young man from their agency returned it to me in Milano (it would have taken me 3h with public transports to get to them).
