Service Level

On arrival of the maintenance engineer I was challenged that if he was to get a parking fine that I had to agree to pay it which I had to agree to if he was to undertake the service. I had no option but to agree to this. Not sure if I got this engineer on a bad day or not but there was no positive conversation during his visit after this.
There was a minor fault discovered during the maintenance inspection and was advised of the cost for it which was more than doubled the initial cost for the service which I was not prepared to undertake without a more detailed cost for parts and labour.
In conclusion I was dismayed by the lack of transparency of the additional costs or any explanation of any consequence of not undertaking these works.
Unfortunately not the level of service I would expect from a regular customer.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the experience you described, which does not meet the standards we aim to provide. The situation regarding the parking fine and the subsequent costs was not handled as professionally as it should have been. We understand how important transparency and clear communication are, especially when it comes to additional charges.

Regarding the recent appointment for boiler servicing and the gas safety certificate, it was scheduled in an estate where signage clearly states "Resident Parking Only" or "Permit Holders" with a £100 fine for violations. Unfortunately, there was no permit available for our engineer at the time, and they made the decision to proceed without one. The engineer wasn't having a bad day, but certainly would have had if he had a fine/parking ticket, which he would have to pay. Please be assured that this has been noted in our system, and we will ensure that permits are arranged in advance for future appointments.

We appreciate your feedback and will take it into account to improve our customer service and communication processes. Decided to do a bit of DIY on my boiler…

Decided to do a bit of DIY on my boiler but got into a bit of trouble so phoned GoGo boilers and they responded within a couple of hours and rectified the work I started to do. Richard was both polite and courteous whilst fixing my problem. Definitely 5 stars from me, Ricky M

The best price and a fantastic service

The best price and a fantastic service. I had a new boiler all priced up and fitted with in a few days.
These guys are a no brainer if you live in the Eltham/Sidcup area.

⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

After dealing with a cowboy gas engineer following an emergency call out on Easter Monday we were told we needed a new boiler as ours was beyond repair. We’d had a couple of companies visit to quote after a few days of no hot water or heating, then Steve Bowden arrived, and like superman got our boiler back up and running in minutes. Turns out a wall switch had been turned off! Professional, honest, polite and an all round nice guy Steve went above and beyond to help us and we couldn’t be more grateful. Having moved into the house 2 months ago we know we need a new boiler but the immediate urgency has gone. When we come to replace the boiler in the near future we won’t hesitate to contact Steve and the team. Thanks again!

Richard from GO Go Boilers

Richard, a boiler specialist came to replace my old Aristone boiler. It was a complex replacement because my boiler is 5 meters from the outside wall and it is a twin flue system. He was able to recommend 2 suitable options Aristone and Keston, gave best price in comparison with 4 other providers from Checkatrade, did amazing work, completed the installation and was careful. Gave me extra Carbon monoxide alarm and answered all the questions. He was careful with the flew and did the plasterboard covers to hide the flew. The boiler works perfectly, it is a Keston 30 combi boiler with twin flew. Thanks God we have hot water and heating now.

We contacted GoGo Boilers to install…

We contacted GoGo Boilers to install our new boiler, as they provided excellent service in the past with the servicing. Richard was very professional. He spotted some pipework that needed amending, and he did so without hesitation. The workmanship is second to none, and it all looks very tidy. He patiently explained how to use the new boiler and the programmer. Thanks again, Richard!

Great service and speedy responses

Dave T came out to see why our boiler was leaking and he then explained clearly what was wrong with it and why it was dangerous and needed disconnecting and replacing.
I was able to book the installation of a new boiler within 48 hrs and the cost of the initial call out is docked from the total payment.
Richard came to got the new boiler and was super friendly, tidy and willing to take time to explain me how to work the new boiler, set the timers and what work he’d done. All done in 4hrs and I now have a toasty house!

Oh my goodness this company is amazing

Oh my goodness this company is amazing.
Our insurance company made things very difficult. They sent a plumber who spent approx 3 minutes in my kitchen then said he couldn’t do anything. Then the insurance said 2 weeks before anyone else could come out.
I called GoGo boilers this morning thru can out this afternoon. Ollie was fabulous and sorted the issue out very quickly.
Can not recommend them and Ollie highly enough.
