I was answered quickly on my request. It did however take very long.

I initially was not happy with how the money was just deducted, but i was impressed with the customer service received when i requested cancellation of membership

One time I was not able to input my password to the application.
After contacting the Customer Service I was suggested to do reset password.
By then, the problem was solved quickly without long waiting.
