Good communication, and issue resolved

I had to contact the company with an issue I had. Contact is via email but the response was quick, about 48hrs, and Jamal followed up to check on my satisfaction with how the issue was handled and to offer further assistance if I required it. I am happy with the service I received and appreciate the follow up contact.

Positive service
