Recently, I emailed regarding a position I recently applied for. I wanted to follow up on the application for to show that I am truly interested. I'm a mom with a tight schedule that requires a wfh. I've found it to be extremely difficult getting hired even with the experience necessary for the position I'm applying for. Jose was very kind throughout the entire process he provided a lot of valuable information to me. I really believe he should receive compensation increase as incredible customer service is rare now a days. He really is an asset to this company.

This company is dishonest. It is a for profit company. They could care less about helping a young widow or anyone else. Just give the person cash / you can find an address if you really want to!!

GoFundMe sucks if your not dead or illegal

Everytime I tried to put in the info to transfer funds nothing ever popped up on the screen for those options I’m not happy about it it takes too much time and not of it worked

I needed to make a change on my donation and Kelly, th representative was able to help me quickly and efficiently. It was perfect.

Very unclear operation.it is very easy to make a mistake and subscribe to mouthly payment, the process of cancelling the monthly payment is very complicated, I do not recommend this organisation

Standard replies! I will never ever donate via Gofundme again! They just do no care no matter how much money you donated. After one year you won’t get your money back! Even though it is pretty clear that something went very wrong. It is very disappointing.

The online chat support person who helped me was very efficient and professional. When I explained that I had very little time to complete what I needed to do, they immediately understood the situation and took the right steps. The problem was solved within minutes. I really appreciated the quick and effective help.

On Go fund me.. I wanted to raise funds for my sister. The program walked me through the process step by step and it made going through the process easy. It also took the things I had to say and offered saying what I wanted to say and put it in better words. I am pleased with the outcome of the process ease of completing an add with go fund me!

It is difficult to express in words my gratitude for GoFundMe. And the organization that helped save my dog's life. As I was unemployed and still am fighting to find a job. And then suddenly my dog goes into survival mode. I had to give her CPR. Then overnight an Emergency hospital for animals. Where the price was quoted as $8000.
So many people helped. GoFundMe was/is a major part of her survival. She is next to me now alive. And I am hustling to find work. A major part in saving her life. She wouldn't be alive without GoFundMe. She would not be here. And the hard-working medical people that helped in this crisis. Family & people I've never met; I am without words. The highest level of gratitude and humility.

Great experience. The only think is not sure what the tip was for and who it went too. I did message it because it was added to my donation and didn't see it before it was to late to retract and they corrected it quickly.
