GOFO has tried 4 times in 28 days to deliver my package. I have called them 5 times. My area is not complicated and on a GPS. Never received package. What a terrible delivery company. Two other packages previously delivered with great difficulty and the other package was “lost.” Ridiculous.

NEVER EVER WITH THIS LOGISTIC THEY DESTROY MY PAKAGE ALOTS AND DAMGE THE ITEM

Only answer is ZERO stars. A complete TRASH company. Not enough words to explain how HORRIBLE this POS company is. DO... NOT... USE... THEM....

They constantly leave packages in front of my driveway gate right in front of the sign that says don’t leave packages here, and they fail to ring the doorbell at the gate so I can open it for them.

I received a package I did not order. The item is noting useful in my household. I don't know what to do....don't think it's my responsibility to return it. Guess I'll donate it.

GOFO Horrible, selfish, patronizing company. They are the reason packages get stolen. They lazily leave packages in the perfect place for a random person walking by can see. Top step. I report it and they do nothing. Why not to side of door opening. Better for customer and not so inviting to steal. TOP STEP IS RIDICULOUS

I knew it why do I have a camera facing my front yard and they keep saying they can't access location but yet I have recording and they never even came . I called and told em how to get in four times and they still say they knt access the location . I don't get it I've never had a delivery issue in my life , I knew this was too weird .

If I could give negative stars I would!! I frequently order from Temu. GoFo consistently delivers to my neighbors house. I have emailed several times about this issue. I was assured it would be resolved. Today, package is not only at my neighbors house, but on the other side of the street. (Her house is block to block) although the date of the experience is today, it’s been going on for several months!!

The delivery drivers are ALWAYS leaving my packages in open and in plain sight for them to be stolen, regardless of the sign that tells them leave packages in the bin located RIGHT NEXT TO THE SIGN!!! It's infuriating that so many of their drivers are inconsiderate, unprofessional, and can't read or follow simple directions. I hate ordering from companies that use them as a delivery service!!! 0/5 stars. Terrible!!!! I am finally complaining after so many times.

This is the WORST DELIVERY SERVICE - they are literally holding my package hostage and refuse to tell me anything about it and claim they have to approve it being redelivered - so what are they going to do keep it?!?!?!?!?? And this is after waiting almost 2 weeks for my order!!!! With NOOOO tracking posted the entire time.

There a some more delivery's , but this time its terrible. Its pull out the door for 90 % off package. Everyone can take it out when passed by.

They emailed me and said it arrived near “the yard” I walked all around my house and checked the areas of my house. No package. I am in the process of getting a reimbursement.

So many places use them. They are thieves. I can't believe they're still being used. Enough of us need to start complaining. So many packages ive ordered with them being the handlers. And it never arrives after landing in vernon california.

Gofo lost my package, after which it took me 10 days and several uncooperative hours on the phone to get them to cough up proof of loss. They took no action to inform me of any issues with the delivery of my shipment. I was forced to take initiative and contact them over and over again to get proof of loss, which I needed to get a replacement shipment. Whenever I called, they would give me info that often conflicted with previous calls, and they seemed to constantly be pushing back the date at which they would actually do something about my problem. They are a shady, sloppy company with terrible service in all fields. It has been over 20 days since they lost the package, yet tracking still shows out for delivery because they are too shoddy to update it accurately.

Never ordering allieexpress again..these dumb as rocks delivery drivers need to be investigated, and fire. Can't find the address in a world of gps is proof they should be shut down..

What really confuses me about this whole deal is I ordered stamps they’re supposed to be shipped by this company GOFO4 times never received them notified them. They told me they were shipped that they were delivered. Well, they were delivered to my house and I have had numerous packages delivered to my place. Never had a problem until this company and this is through the United States Postal Service. You would think they would be better at what they do when they’re dealing with the government, but they’re not. I wanna know how I can get back my money and also how we can stop this company totally

This is the worst delivery service in the country. The packages are always dropped in front of the front door in spite of the sign that reads "put all packages here" That stupid AI voice that "understands" is condecending because it doesn't know shit.

these horrible, they give you the runaround, this Rani company in Houston Texas uses them, and I purchased items via Temu, Temu does their job, then this hack company Gofo , does a lousy job at shipping, and unfortunate they put in bogus tracking information delays, not shipped, and a bunch of other lying excuses, then you cant even claim a refund, because they put in bogus tracking information's saying item is on the way. then right after the date you can claim a refund, they change it again, saying delays, after the time it was suppose to arrive, a bunch of unfair practices

Garbage. This company just re-packs whatever crap is shipped from dubious merchants in PRC. I got two pairs of pants, no merchant info and no way to return them. The package was left in my driveway. Very poor quality. I had to give them away.

I ordered the outdoor solar multi colored sunflower lanterns and was definitely disappointed. They were shipped in such a way that almost all of them are dented. The size and stability are lacking. The price was ridiculously high for what I bought. The only positive thing about them is the color they provide in the evenings. Will NEVER buy anything from them again.
