Please be contactable
Their customer service has not responded to any of my emails (email bounced) or concerns and the number that was listed publicly was delisted so I could not contact them. Just like any other time-sensitive business, you need to be contactable. In addition, I have not received the flowers I have ordered and was offered cheaper alternatives.

Big scam
Big scam. Ordered flowers that were never delivered as they had no flowers to make arrangement . Not able to get hold of support or answers to emails. They took my money and gave nothing in return
Owners even lie about trying to refund you. They don't respond to emails or their own WhatsApp app. So when they reply to reviews stating they tried to refund you, don't be fooled as you still can't contact them, they can only contact you, which they don't and won't it seems ever.
