What a lovely company
As long all goes well, no problem. But I assume that's due to the courier and not because of the people behind the website. I wouldn't advise taking insurance because even though it says 'extra' security and a 'case' manager, they refuse to give you detailed information about how to file a claim. Spoke to someone from the courier's helpline and was told they were aware of the problem due to the number of phonecalls they had that was similar to mine. So quick and easy, yes. But that hardly seems an achievement as they're just intermediaries. Customer service, non-existent. They're either incompetent, they consciously work against you or it's an outside call center where the poor huddled masses are employed for peanuts. And rightfully so don't give a dam.
