Good luck getting your item when they promise a certain shipping timeframe
Item was promised to be shipped within 3 days or less. This was a Christmas present, so with this it should have been mailed by the 15th or 16th at the latest. By the 23rd I was fed up with trying to call their customer service number(which they conveniently never answer or return calls) do I sent an email requesting cancelation of the item, because it would not make it on time for Christmas ( gift was for someone who lives out of town) I get an email response that it was too late to cancel, but it sent out two days later on Christmas Eve. They had time to cancel the order and not send it out. I refused the package once it FINALLY made it here and it was sent back. It's still sitting at the post office in Atlanta. Their policies for exchanges and returns is horriblr. Do NOT purchase from this company. They are a scam!!!

These reviews are so confusing!
These reviews are so confusing!! I’ve ordered from this company for years and they have NEVER missed. My orders are always as advertised and shipped really quickly. Only thing that disappoints is they have NOT put the beautiful colored checkered hats on sale!! I want one of each color!!!

Paid but no merchandise
I have ordered from this vendor several times. My recent order has never been received. I placed the order in August. I have emailed and sent a private message via social media; neither of which has gotten a response. I am thoroughly disappointed! I’m trying to get my bank involved to get my money back!
